"TODAY's PROBLEMS, TOMORROW's SOLUTIONS" လူမှုအကျိုးပြု စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်မှု သင်တန်း
ယနေ့ခေတ်၏ လူမှုအကျိုးစီးပွားပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းရန်လိုအပ်ချက်သည် မြင့်မားလာသည်နှင့်အမျှ စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များကို “မနက်ဖြန်၏ ဖြေရှင်းချက်များ” အဖြစ်ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
လူမှုအကျိုးပြု စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်မှုသည် အကျိုးအမြတ်မယူသော၊ အစိုးရနှင့် စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းမဟုတ်သော၊ တီထွင်မှု၊ ဆုံးရှုံးနိုင်ချေများကို ကြိုတင်တွက်ချက်လက်ခံထားသော စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်မှုစိတ်ဓာတ်ကို အခြေခံကာ လူမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိ ပြဿနာများကို ကြီးမားစွာ ပြောင်းလဲပေးသည့် စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းပုံစံတစ်မျိုး ဖြစ်သည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် လူမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ပြဿနာ များစွာရှိသည့်အတွက် လူမှုစွန့်ဦးတီထွင်မှု တိုးတက်ခြင်းသည် အလွန်အရေးပါသည်။
ယခုသင်တန်းမှာ အခွင့်အလမ်းများရှာဖွေနိုင်မည့် သင်တန်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထိုအခွင့်အလမ်းများကို သေချာသည့် လူမှုစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းအကြံဉာဏ်များအဖြစ် မြင်ယောင်ပြီး တိကျတဲ့ လူမှုအကျိုးပြု စီးပွားရေး အကြံဉာဏ်များအဖြစ်သို့ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်အောင် သင်ကြားပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သင်တန်းသူ/ သင်တန်းသားများသည် အစီအစဉ်များ ချမှတ်ခြင်းနှင့် အစီအစဉ်များ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့နိင်အောင် သင်တန်းပေးသည့် ကာလအတွင်းတွင် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်များ၊ ဗဟုသုတများ၊ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများကို တီထွင်ဖန်တီး အသုံးချနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ယခုသင်တန်းမှတဆင့် လူမှုစီးပွားပြဿနာများစွာကို သင်တန်းသားများကိုယ်တိုင်က အကြောင်းအရင်းနှင့် ဖြေရှင်းချက်နှစ်ဖက်စလုံးကို ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာပြီး စစ်ဆေးရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး ၎င်းတို့ကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မည့် နည်းလမ်းများကို ရှာဖွေခြင်း၊ စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်လုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် နည်းလမ်းများကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းတို့ကို သင်ကြားပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ထို့အပြင် သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်သူသည် လူမှုအကျိုးစီးပွားပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းမည့် ၎င်း၏ စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်မှုအကြံဉာဏ်သည် အကျိုးအမြတ်ရနိုင်မည့်လုပ်ငန်း သို့မဟုတ် အကျိုးအမြတ်မရနိုင်သည့် လုပ်ငန်းဖြစ်သည်ကို ကောင်းကျိုး၊ဆိုးကျိုးများကို အခြေခံ၍ ခွဲခြားဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို့အပြင် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးအတွက်လည်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင်သာမက ပြည်ပရှိ အခွင့်အလမ်းများကိုပါ ရှာဖွေနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

Social entrepreneurship is a form of entrepreneurship that exhibits characteristics of non-profits, governments, and businesses, combining private-sector focus on innovation, risk taking, and large-scale transformation with social problem solving with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Myanmar is a potential seedbed for social entrepreneurship development due to the enormity of social problems but it is found that many potential and existing entrepreneurs who are eager to contribute solutions still lack the mechanism for the process.
Due to the rising need of solving today’s social problems, it is vital to transform entrepreneurs into the “Solutions of Tomorrow”.
This training is about finding solutions, using the entrepreneurial process, to a range of social problems - both sides of which are going to be examined and identified by the trainees themselves.
In the course of the training, potential Social Entrepreneurs will be trained on how to generate many social business ideas and the most probable Social Entrepreneurial Idea for him/her will be determined and turned into a functional social business model which would then be developed into a well-designed Social Business Plan.
There would be a lot of exciting outside the classroom activities, too.
The trainees will be able to decide whether his/her enterprise concept to solve a social problem is for-profit or not-for-profit (including an analysis on the advantages and disadvantages) and explore the range of opportunities available, both within Myanmar and outside, to apply for financing.
The training will be focused in Myanmar context.
