🌟 Happy Mandela Day from MATE! 🇿🇦

As we reflect on the life and legacy of Nelson Mandela, we are reminded that true leadership is rooted in service, courage, education, and a commitment to justice.

Last year, MATE proudly celebrated Mandela Day under the theme “Inspire Malian Youth through Mandela’s Legacy.” The event brought together students, educators, artists, and partners to honor the values that Mandela stood for and to encourage young people to become agents of positive change.

On this Mandela Day, let us all dedicate our time, talents, and efforts to building a more peaceful, united, and prosperous society.

"It always seems impossible until it's done." — Nelson Mandela

We express our deepest gratitude to the U.S. Embassy in Mali for its support and commitment to education.

The successful implementation of this workshop has empowered English teachers with valuable digital skills that will enhance teaching and learning in our classrooms.

We are especially grateful for the vision and leadership reflected in Her Excellency Ambassador Rachna Korhonen’s words: “Investment in digital learning strengthens not just classrooms, but communities and futures.” This initiative demonstrates the power of educational partnership and its lasting impact on both teachers and students.

Thank you for investing in the professional development of Malian educators, for supporting innovation in education, and for helping build brighter futures for our youth. Your partnership continues to inspire and strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the United States of America and Mali.
