Today marked the first education and awareness event for children on climate change and environmental protection, held in partnership with the Vonjy 3F association!🌟

Toute l'équipe de The Wonders of This Place - Climate Education Madagascar est ravie d'annoncer son partenariat avec l'Association Vonjy 3F🎊. Ensemble, nous lançons un programme d'activités régulières pour notre communauté, pour les enfants, pour les jeunes et pour la planète. Parce que l'éducation climatique et environnementale ne se fait pas en un jour, nous avons choisi d'unir nos forces pour des actions concrètes sur le long terme.

Ce week-end, l’équipe de The Wonders of This Place Climate Education Madagascar était présente pour partager sa passion pour la nature et la protection de l'environnement. Entre ventes de plantes et article divers, vide-grenier collectif et séance de partage nous avons adoré échanger avec vous sur l'importance de la biodiversité et de l'économie circulaire.

✨Aujourd'hui, nous avons participé à Earth Hour 2026✨💚. Une journée marquée par une belle mobilisation, des échanges enrichissants et des moments de sensibilisation authentiques.
À travers des activités ludiques et des partages de connaissances, nous avons pu rappeler une vérité essentielle : ensemble, nous avons le pouvoir de créer le changement.
Chaque participant, chaque voix, chaque geste compte dans cette lutte pour notre planète.

En ce 8 mars, nous honorons les véritables "Wonders" de notre île.

Qu'elles soient guides dans nos parcs nationaux, gardiennes des forêts de lémuriens, éducatrices environnementales ou mères transmettant le respect de la nature à leurs enfants, ces femmes sont le socle de notre résilience. Elles ne se contentent pas d'observer la nature ; elles la défendent, l'étudient et la font vivre. 🌸💪

Chez The Wonders of This Place Climate Education Madagascar, nous sommes convaincus que protéger notre biodiversité, c'est avant tout investir dans le leadership féminin. Car lorsqu'une femme est formée et sensibilisée, c'est tout un écosystème qui respire à nouveau.C’est aussi pour les générations futures que nous agissons aujourd'hui : en transmettant ce flambeau de protection, nous préparons un avenir où nos enfants pourront, eux aussi, s'émerveiller devant la richesse de notre terre. 🌱

On this March 8th, we honor the true "Wonders" of our island.

Whether they are guides in our national parks, guardians of lemur forests, environmental educators, or mothers passing down a deep respect for nature to their children—these women are the foundation of our resilience. They don't just observe nature; they defend it, study it, and breathe life into it. 🌸💪

At The Wonders of This Place Climate Education Madagascar, we are convinced that protecting our biodiversity begins with investing in female leadership. When a woman is trained and empowered, an entire ecosystem begins to breathe again. We also act for future generations: by passing on this torch of conservation, we are building a future where our children can also marvel at the richness of our land. 🌱

It’s been a while since our voices were heard, but we haven’t been idle — we’ve been preparing a major project for nature, and today we are thrilled to share it with you.🌱

Special thanks to Prof. Jonah RATSIMBAZAFY, Dream Network C.I.C, UNSW, The Wonders of This Place Climate Education, STEMpower Inc, Royal Academy of Engineering, Marie Williams, and the University of Antananarivo – Mention Anthropobiology and Sustainable Development for their collaboration and support.

🎯 Objective: To leverage technological advancements, particularly Artificial Intelligence, to develop solutions addressing flooding caused by climate change, which is destroying and disrupting both local communities and wildlife.

💡 We held a special training and knowledge-sharing session for young people eager to volunteer in restoring the environment.
