🌸 Accompagner une jeune femme aujourd'hui, c'est contribuer à façonner la leader de demain.

Parmi les projets qui nous tiennent particulièrement à cœur, ViavyRise est le tout premier programme de mentorat du Soroptimist International Club Analamanga Fanilo (SICAF).
Pendant six mois, nous accompagnons de jeunes étudiantes universitaires dans leur développement personnel à travers le partage d'expériences, l'écoute, les échanges et le mentorat assuré par les membres de notre club.
Au-delà des conseils et de l'accompagnement, ViavyRise est une véritable immersion dans l'univers Soroptimist. Nos filleules participent à nos activités, assistent à nos événements et découvrent de l'intérieur les valeurs qui nous rassemblent : la solidarité, l'engagement, le leadership féminin et l'autonomisation des femmes.
Nous avons la conviction que chaque jeune femme porte en elle un potentiel unique qui mérite d'être encouragé, développé et valorisé. À travers ViavyRise, nous souhaitons créer un espace de confiance, d'apprentissage et d'inspiration où chacune peut grandir à son rythme et se projeter avec ambition dans son avenir.

📍 Since April 2026 | "ViavyRise 1.0" Project

🌸 Empowering a young woman today means helping shape the leaders of tomorrow.

Among the initiatives closest to our hearts, ViavyRise is the very first mentorship program launched by the Soroptimist International Club Analamanga Fanilo (SICAF).
Over a six-month period, we accompany a group of university students on their personal growth journey through mentorship, meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and guidance from the members of our club.
More than a mentorship program, ViavyRise offers a true immersion into the Soroptimist spirit. Our mentees take part in our activities, attend our events, and experience firsthand the values that unite us: solidarity, service, women's empowerment, and leadership.
We believe that every young woman carries unique potential that deserves to be nurtured, encouraged, and celebrated. Through ViavyRise, we strive to create a supportive environment where young women can grow in confidence, broaden their horizons, and prepare for the opportunities and challenges ahead.

✨ Today, our mentees are not simply participants in a program. They are already part of our journey and represent, in their own way, the future of the Soroptimist movement.

✨ Agir concrètement, c’est aussi prendre soin des besoins essentiels.
Dans le cadre de nos premières actions sociales, nous avons mené notre deuxième initiative auprès du Centre d’Éducation Sanitaire et Social du Soroptimist International Club Antananarivo Doyen
Depuis 2002, ce centre accompagne les enfants de 67 Ha à travers une prise en charge globale comprenant la cantine, l’hygiène, les soins assurés par son dispensaire, ainsi que des formations professionnelles, notamment en couture et en informatique, afin de les aider à construire un avenir meilleur.
À cette occasion, nous avons remis des produits alimentaires et des produits d’hygiène destinés aux enfants accompagnés par le centre.
Cette visite a été pour nous un véritable moment de partage, d’apprentissage et de solidarité. Elle nous a permis de découvrir de plus près l’impact concret des actions menées quotidiennement auprès des bénéficiaires.

Nous adressons toute notre gratitude au Soroptimist International Club Antananarivo Doyen, notre club parrain, pour son accompagnement, sa confiance et son soutien depuis les débuts du SICAF. ✨ Creating meaningful change starts with addressing essential needs.
As part of our early community outreach efforts, we carried out our second social initiative at the Health and Social Education Center of the Soroptimist International Club Antananarivo Doyen, our sponsoring club.
Since 2002, the center has been supporting vulnerable children in the 67 Ha community through a holistic approach that includes meal services, hygiene support, healthcare through its on-site clinic, and vocational training programs such as sewing and computer skills, helping young people build brighter futures.
On this occasion, we donated food supplies and hygiene products for the children supported by the center.
For us, this visit was much more than a donation. It was a meaningful opportunity to connect, learn, and share. It allowed us to witness firsthand the positive impact of the center’s daily work and the difference it makes in the lives of its beneficiaries.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Soroptimist International Club Antananarivo Doyen, our sponsoring club, for its guidance, trust, and unwavering support since the very beginning of SICAF. Thank you for taking us under your wing and for passing on, through your experience and commitment, the values that make the Soroptimist movement so strong.
This experience has helped shape us as a young club and reminded us that when different generations of Soroptimists work together, their impact grows and leaves a lasting legacy in the communities they serve.

✨ Toute grande aventure commence par un premier pas.
Retour sur notre toute première action de terrain, menée quelques mois après la création du Soroptimist International Club Analamanga Fanilo (SICAF), auprès de l’ Akany Avoko Ambohidratrimo Ofisialy (AAA-B), un centre qui accompagne les enfants et les jeunes dans leur processus de réinsertion, d’éducation et de construction d’un avenir plus autonome et responsable.
Conscientes de l’importance d’un environnement propice à l’apprentissage et à l’épanouissement des jeunes, les membres fondatrices du SICAF ont souhaité contribuer à cette mission en faisant don de produits alimentaires et de produits de première nécessité, destinés à soutenir les goûters des enfants durant la période de rentrée scolaire.
Cette première action a permis de toucher 120 bénéficiaires, tout en marquant le début concret de l’engagement du SICAF en faveur de la solidarité, de l’éducation et du bien-être des jeunes.

🌟 En repensant à cette journée, nous nous souvenons que chaque engagement, aussi modeste soit-il, peut contribuer à éclairer le chemin d’un enfant vers un avenir meilleur.

✨ Every meaningful journey begins with a first step.
Today, we look back on SICAF’s very first community outreach initiative, carried out just a few months after the creation of the Soroptimist International Club Analamanga Fanilo (SICAF).
Our first action took place at Akany Avoko Ambohidrimo Bevalala (AAA-B), a center dedicated to supporting children and young people through their journey toward reintegration, education, and a more independent and responsible future.
Recognizing the importance of providing a nurturing environment where young people can learn, grow, and thrive, SICAF’s founding members chose to support the center by donating food supplies and essential household items to help provide snacks for the children during the back-to-school period.
This first initiative reached 120 beneficiaries and marked the beginning of SICAF’s commitment to advancing solidarity, education, and the well-being of young people in our communities.

🌟 Looking back on that day, we are reminded that even the smallest act of kindness can help brighten a child’s path toward a better future.

“Ensemble, les femmes façonnent l’avenir de Madagascar.”

Le Soroptimist International Club Analamanga Fanilo (SICAF) a eu l’honneur d’assister au lancement de Fanilo, le premier laboratoire d'idées féminines dédié à Madagascar.

À travers “Fanilo Talk”, les douze femmes de sa première Cohort, issues de parcours, de régions et de générations différentes, ont présenté le Manifeste Collectif, une initiative ambitieuse qui invite à imaginer Madagascar à l’horizon 2035 autour de plusieurs enjeux majeurs : la jeunesse, l’éducation, la santé, l’énergie, la justice, l’environnement, les communautés et la valorisation de l’identité Malagasy.

Au-delà des réflexions partagées, cette soirée a mis en lumière la richesse des voix féminines malgaches et a rappelé une conviction profonde : les femmes sont des actrices de développement et ont la capacité à contribuer activement aux conversations qui façonneront l’avenir de notre pays.

Nous avons également eu le plaisir d’échanger avec la fondatrice de FANILO ainsi qu’avec de nombreux acteurs engagés lors du cocktail de networking qui a suivi le lancement.

Nous avons été particulièrement honorées d’être témoins du lancement de cette initiative portée par des femmes et partageant avec nous un symbole fort : le Fanilo 🔥, cette lumière qui éclaire les chemins, nourrit l’espoir et inspire l’action.

“Together, women shape the future of Madagascar.”

The Soroptimist International Club Analamanga Fanilo (SICAF) had the honor of attending the launch of FANILO, Madagascar’s first women-led think tank.

Through the inaugural "Fanilo Talk", the twelve women of its first cohort, coming from diverse backgrounds, regions, and generations, presented the Collective Manifesto, an ambitious initiative that invites us to envision Madagascar in 2035 through key themes such as youth, education, health, energy, justice, the environment, communities, and the promotion of Malagasy identity.

Beyond the ideas and reflections shared, the evening highlighted the richness and diversity of Malagasy women’s voices and reaffirmed a strong conviction: women are drivers of development and have the power to actively contribute to the conversations that will shape the future of our nation.

We also had the pleasure of engaging with FANILO’s founder and many committed stakeholders during the networking cocktail reception that followed the launch.

We have been particularly proud to have witnessed the launch of this women-led initiative, which shares with us a powerful symbol: the Fanilo 🔥 a light that illuminates pathways, nurtures hope, and inspires action.

👏 Congratulations to the FANILO team on this landmark milestone, and we wish you every success as you continue this remarkable journey in service of Madagascar. 🇲🇬

8 juin 2026 | Lycée Jean Joseph Rabearivelo, Antananarivo

🎓 L’avenir se construit avec les jeunes, en leur donnant des repères, de l’écoute et des perspectives.

Pour débuter notre première année de mandat, nous avons eu le plaisir de mener deux actions sociales, effectuées aux côtés des représentantes du Soroptimist International Africa Federation (SIAF), en faveur des élèves du Lycée Jean Joseph Rabearivelo Analakely, à travers le lancement de nos deux projets communautaires:
“FindYourWay” project: Séance d’orientation professionnelle auprès des élèves du Lycée en classe de Terminale; et
“MadioWay” project: Sensibilisation sur la gestion et le triage de déchets accompagnée d’une donation de poubelles de tri auprès des élèves du Lycée.

En apportant chacune notre pierre à l’édifice, nous avons pu touché 126 bénéficiaires cibles.

À travers le projet “FindYourWay”, les élèves ont pu se servir des témoignages inspirants et des présentations des différents métiers des membres de SICAF (Entrepreneur, Styliste, Magistrat, Avocat, Expert comptable, etc…). Une rencontre qui leur a également permis de mieux se projeter dans leur avenir, de découvrir plusieurs parcours professionnels et de raviver en eux la flamme de l’ambition.

À travers le projet « MadioWay », les élèves ont été sensibilisés à l’importance de la gestion et du tri des déchets pour la préservation de l’environnement et de la santé publique. Cette initiative leur a permis d’adopter des gestes écoresponsables au quotidien et de devenir des acteurs du changement au sein de leur établissement et de leur communauté.

Ce moment a également été une belle occasion de faire connaître notre association, notre vision, notre mission et notre engagement en faveur de l’éducation, de l’autonomisation et de l’accompagnement des jeunes à Madagascar.

À l’issue de la séance, 400 yaourts ont été distribués aux élèves dans un esprit de partage, grâce au soutien généreux de notre partenaire Yoplait Madagascar , que nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement pour sa confiance et son engagement à nos côtés lors de cette première grande action en faveur de la jeunesse malgache.

🎓 The future is built with young people by providing them with guidance, support, and opportunities.

To mark the beginning of our first year of service, we had the pleasure of carrying out two community initiatives alongside representatives of the Soroptimist International Africa Federation (SIAF) for the students of Lycée Jean Joseph Rabearivelo Analakely through the launch of our two community projects:

“FindYourWay” Project: A career guidance and orientation session for final-year high school students; and

“MadioWay” Project: An awareness campaign on waste management and waste sorting, accompanied by the donation of waste-separation bins to the school.

By each contributing our part, we were able to reach 126 direct beneficiaries.

Through the “FindYourWay” Project, students had the opportunity to learn from the inspiring testimonies and professional presentations delivered by SICAF members from various fields, including entrepreneurship, fashion design, the judiciary, law, accounting, and more. This enriching exchange enabled them to better envision their future, discover diverse career paths, and rekindle their ambition and aspirations.

This event was also a valuable opportunity to introduce our association, our vision, our mission, and our commitment to education, empowerment, and youth development in Madagascar.

At the conclusion of the session, 400 yogurts were distributed to the students in a spirit of sharing and solidarity, thanks to the generous support of our partner, Yoplait Madagascar. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for their trust and commitment alongside us during this first major initiative dedicated to Malagasy youth.

Retour en images sur la Cérémonie d’Intronisation et de Remise de Charte de notre club, le “Soroptimist International Club Analamanga Fanilo (SICAF)”, marquant notre intégration officielle parmi la grande famille du Soroptimist International.

Cette journée symbolise l'aboutissement de plusieurs mois de préparation, de travail acharné, d'engagement et le début d'une aventure portée par des femmes leaders et professionnellement engagées, déterminées à agir pour l'éducation, l'autonomisation et l'épanouissement des femmes et des filles.

Nous tenons à exprimer nos profondes gratitudes et nos sincères remerciements:

A Look Back in Pictures at the Charter Presentation and Induction Ceremony of our club, the Soroptimist International Club Analamanga Fanilo (SICAF), marking our official integration into the global Soroptimist International family.

This special day represents the culmination of several months of preparation, hard work, dedication, and commitment, while also marking the beginning of a new journey led by women leaders and professionally engaged women determined to advance the education, empowerment, and well-being of women and girls.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation:

• To the delegation of the Soroptimist International Africa Federation, who traveled from afar to honor our ceremony, represented by President Mary Muia and Membership and Extension Director Judith MA Apondo.
