Yesterday Brahma Kumaris Brisbane had a stall at the Redcliffe Markets with an amazingly decked out tent, perfect for a Meditation experience. Spider-Man even dropped in for a bit to check it out and have a go at having some meditation. 🧘 😀

It is good to declutter the heart and mind – to remove the dust of negative thoughts, throw out old beliefs and habits that no longer serve me, let go of the pain of the past and the stress and anxiety that pull me down. I rediscover a space filled with light, love and peace. Bliss.

Appreciation and gratitude are the natural antidote to the emptiness and dissatisfaction that drives much human behaviour. When I step back and see the bigger picture, I realize how fortunate I am to be alive and my heart is filled with gratitude for everything I have received.
