☀️ What a great day to be in Tuzi!

I had the honor of meeting Mayor London Gjelaj whose leadership and dedication to improving the quality of life for residents while addressing challenges like infrastructure and institutional development is truly inspiring. I also had the pleasure of visiting the Mehmed Fatih Madrassa, the Church of St. Anthony, and the Nizamija Mosque. These institutions are wonderful examples of how education and faith can unite communities and foster interfaith harmony and dialogue.

A heartfelt thank you to Mayor London Gjelaj, Hafiz Prof. Bajram Dizdarević, Amer ef. Šukurica, and Pater Mirash Marinaj for your inspiring leadership and commitment to your communities.

I left feeling deeply moved by the passion and commitment to everyone I met. Moments like these remind me of the importance of connection, collaboration, and shared values. ✨🌏

It was a joy to meet a group of students in as they begin their 4-week immersion program, implemented by the University of Pittsburgh’s Summer Language Institute and the Faculty of Montenegrin Language. Such initiatives help strengthen people-to-people ties US 🤝 ME and improve mutual understanding!

I also joined them at the American Corner in Cetinje to showcase and discuss U.S. - Montenegro cultural relations.

Good luck to these students on their journey! Srećno í puno uspjeha!
