The goal of MDIMUN is to provide young people with different backgrounds with a platform to address global issues and agree on common solutions MDIMUN aims to establish itself as an international platform gathering participants from worldwide to engage in quality debates led by professionals in the area, to experience the inner working of an international organization and to discover the treasures

that Moldova has to offer. The MDIMUN main objectives are to promote the democratic values and principles of the United Nations, to stimulate the global-aware spirit of the young generation, to tackle key global and regional issues by offering participants the opportunity to experience the decision-making process in the United Nations organs, to develop the potential and knowledge of future young leaders and, of course, to make it a truly intercultural experience.
