بلاغ صحافي حول مهرجان ثقافي فني للاحتفال برأس السنة الأمازيغية 2976 من تنظيم الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف
الدار البيضاء: في 16 يناير 2026 - نظمت الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، واتحاد الشباب من أجل الثقافة والسلام، والجمعية الثقافية أمييفا، بشراكة مع مقاطعة سيدي بليوط بالدار البيضاء، بالمركب الثقافي سيدي بليوط، بالدار البيضاء، مساء يوم 16 من شهر يناير 2026، مهرجانا ثقافيا فنيا للاحتفال برأس السنة الأمازيغية 2976.
وعرف المهرجان المنظم بالمناسبة، والذي شهد حضور دولة إسبانيا كضيف شرف لهذه النسخة، برنامجا متنوعا من الأنشطة الموجهة لجميع الفئات: تقديم فقرات من الموسيقى الأمازيغية والشعبية المغربية والإسبانية، بمشاركة ثلة من الفنانين المغاربة والإسبان بجانب تكريم عدد من الفنانين والمثقفين والإعلاميين وعدد من الشخصيات والفاعلين مغاربة وإسبان، بجانب التوقف عند أهمية هذا الحدث والاحتفال عند فئة كبيرة من المغاربة.
وضمت لائحة المكرمين كلا من السادة والسيدات: "إيفا غارسيا أمييفا، ماريا ديل مار غونثاليث، محمد ريحان، حفيظة خيي، عبد الهادي تواتي جلاب، مصطفى أبو عباد الله، محمد غلالي، إبراهيم توكار، حاتم قسيمي، عبد اللطيف سكارجي".
وبهذه المناسبة أبرز السيد محمد فجري، رئيس الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، خلال كلمته في هذا المهرجان "لقد شكل هذا المهرجان الهام مناسبة للاحتفاء بثقافتنا الأمازيغية باعتبارها جزءًا أساسيا من الهوية الثقافية للمملكة المغربية الشريفة. كما كان فرصة للتوقف ولو للحظات عند هذا التنوع الثقافي الذي يميز المغرب، ولربط الماضي بالحاضر بالنسبة لأكثر من نصف سكان هذا البلد، وللمساهمة في الحفاظ على الذاكرة وعلى هذا الموروث الوطني الغني والمتعدد الروافد".
وأضاف السيد فجري، "سعى هذا المهرجان لإحداث نوع من التلاقح الثقافي، مع حضور إسبانيا من خلال موسيقاها، وللتعريف بموسيقانا الأمازيغية الضاربة في جذور التاريخ. كما سلط الضوء على كل ما يميز الأمازيغ من حيث الموسيقى، الزي، الطعام، وغيرها من اللحظات الخاصة بأغلبية سكان هذا الوطن".
بدوره قال السيد أيمن رغايس، إعلامي ومدير المهرجان "في إطار الاحتفال برأس السنة الأمازيغية 2976، هدفت هذه المبادرة الثقافية والفنية إلى إبراز غنى الهوية المغربية وتعزيز الحوار بين الثقافات. وفي هذه الدورة، كانت مملكة إسبانيا ضيف الشرف، وذلك ضمن دينامية للتبادل الثقافي عكست الإرادة المشتركة للتقارب والتعاون وتعزيز الفهم المتبادل".
وأضاف السيد رغايس، "وقد جمع هذا الحدث فنانين من كلا البلدين، وأسهم في تعزيز الروابط الثقافية، وتسليط الضوء على الثقافة الأمازيغية. كما تم توجيه تكريم خاص لشخصيات مغربية وإسبانية تقديراً لإسهاماتها في خدمة المجتمع".
وإلى جانب المهرجان كانت هناك عدة فعاليات أخرى بالمناسبة عبارة عن زيارة للوفد الإسباني والمغربي لعدد من المؤسسات المغربية والإسبانية ولقاء عدد من الفاعلين كالمدير الجهوي لوزارة الاتصال بجهة الدار البيضاء سطات، السيد محمد ريحان، والمديرة الجهوية لوزارة الثقافة بجهة الدار البيضاء سطات، حفيظة خيي، ورئيسة مقاطعة سيدي بليوط بالدار البيضاء، السيدة كنزة الشرايبي، ومديرة معهد ثيربانتيس بالدار البيضاء السيدة كريستينا كوندي دي بيرولدينغن، بجانب تسجيل فيديو كليب بمشاركة مغربية إسبانية عبر الإقامة الفنية التي جمعت الفنانة الإسبانية إيفا أمييفا، التي تغنى أغاني مستوحاة من التراث الكانتابري الإسباني والفنان الشحت مان كازا كرو، الذي يبدع في فن الراب، ويملك عدة أغاني أغنت الساحة الفنية المغربية، وتدور فكرة الفيديو كليب الذي سيصور جزء منه بالمغرب والجزء الآخر فوق الأراضي الإسبانية حول التعريف بالمشترك الثقافي والفني المغربي الإسباني.
وسلط المهرجان الأضواء على هذه المناسبة الثقافية المهمة، التي تحتفل بها العديد من المدن المغربية في سياق تعزيز الهوية الثقافية المغربية باعتبار الأمازيغ يشكلون حوالي 60-70% من سكان المملكة، ولهم تاريخ عريق يمتد لآلاف السنين لا يمكن إلا التوقف عنده من خلال هاته المناسبات، إسهاما في الحفاظ على التراث الوطني والاحتفاء بهذا التنوع سواء من خلال الزي أو الطعام وغيرها من التقاليد.
وسعى هذا المهرجان أيضا إلى أن يكون منصة للثقافة والموسيقى سواء المغربية بمختلف تلاوينها أو الإسبانية كذلك وتعزيز الروافد المتعددة والاستثمار في الدبلوماسية الثقافية والفنية والإعلامية، بشكل يؤسس لتعاون مستدام يربط بين البلدين، ويخدم العلاقات الثنائية بين المغرب وإسبانيا، ومن خلالهما بين أوروبا والعالم العربي.

Communiqué de presse sur un festival culturel et artistique célébrant le Nouvel An amazigh 2976, organisé par la Ligue marocaine des jeunes éditeurs de journaux
Casablanca, le 16 janvier 2026 – La Ligue marocaine des jeunes éditeurs de journaux, l’Union des jeunes pour la culture et la paix, et l’Association culturelle Amieva, en partenariat avec l’arrondissement de Sidi Belyout à Casablanca, ont organisé, le soir du 16 janvier 2026, au Complexe culturel Sidi Belyout à Casablanca, un festival culturel et artistique à l’occasion de la célébration du Nouvel An amazigh 2976.
Le festival, organisé à cette occasion et marqué par la participation du Royaume d’Espagne en tant qu’invité d’honneur de cette édition, a proposé un programme riche et varié destiné à tous les publics. Il comprenait des prestations de musique amazighe et de musique populaire marocaine et espagnole, avec la participation d’un groupe d’artistes marocains et espagnols, ainsi que l’hommage rendu à plusieurs artistes, intellectuels, professionnels des médias et personnalités marocaines et espagnoles. L’événement a également permis de mettre en lumière l’importance de cette célébration auprès d’une large frange de la population marocaine.
La liste des personnes honorées comprend les messieurs et dames : "Eva Garcia Amieva, Maria del Mar Gonzalez, Mohamed Rihane, Hafida Khayi, Abdelhadi Touati Jallab, Mustapha Abouibadallah, Mohamed Ghallali, Ibrahim Taougar, Hatim Qassimi, Abdellatif Skarji".
À cette occasion, M. Mohamed Fajri, président de la Ligue marocaine des jeunes éditeurs de journaux, a souligné dans son allocution que « ce festival important a constitué une occasion de célébrer notre culture amazighe en tant que composante essentielle de l’identité culturelle du Royaume du Maroc. Il a également permis de s’arrêter, ne serait-ce que brièvement, sur la richesse de la diversité culturelle qui caractérise le Maroc, de relier le passé au présent pour plus de la moitié de la population du pays, et de contribuer à la préservation de la mémoire et de ce patrimoine national riche et pluriel ».
Il a ajouté que « ce festival a cherché à créer une dynamique de croisement culturel, avec la présence de l’Espagne à travers sa musique, tout en faisant découvrir notre musique amazighe profondément enracinée dans l’histoire. Il a également mis en valeur tout ce qui caractérise la culture amazighe, notamment la musique, les tenues traditionnelles, la gastronomie et d’autres expressions culturelles propres à la majorité des citoyens de ce pays ».
De son côté, M. Aimane Reghais, journaliste et directeur du festival, a déclaré que « dans le cadre de la célébration du Nouvel An amazigh 2976, cette initiative culturelle et artistique visait à mettre en avant la richesse de l’identité marocaine et à renforcer le dialogue interculturel. Pour cette édition, le Royaume d’Espagne a été l’invité d’honneur, dans une dynamique d’échange culturel reflétant une volonté commune de rapprochement, de coopération et de consolidation de la compréhension mutuelle ».
Il a ajouté que « cet événement a réuni des artistes des deux pays, contribué au renforcement des liens culturels et mis en lumière la culture amazighe. Un hommage particulier a également été rendu à des personnalités marocaines et espagnoles en reconnaissance de leurs contributions au service de la société ».
Parallèlement au festival, plusieurs activités ont été organisées, notamment des visites effectuées par les délégations marocaine et espagnole à diverses institutions marocaines et espagnoles, ainsi que des rencontres avec plusieurs acteurs institutionnels, parmi lesquels le directeur régional du ministère de la Communication de la région Casablanca-Settat, M. Mohamed Reihan, la directrice régionale du ministère de la Culture de la même région, Mme Hafida Khiyi, la présidente de l’arrondissement de Sidi Belyout à Casablanca, Mme Kenza Chraïbi, ainsi que la directrice de l’Institut Cervantès de Casablanca, Mme Cristina Conde de Beroldingen.
Ces activités ont également inclus l’enregistrement d’un vidéoclip maroco-espagnol dans le cadre d’une résidence artistique réunissant l’artiste espagnole Eva Amieva, dont les chansons s’inspirent du patrimoine cantabrique espagnol, et l’artiste marocain Chaht Man (Casa Crew), figure du rap marocain.
Le clip, dont certaines séquences seront tournées au Maroc et d’autres en Espagne, vise à valoriser les liens culturels et artistiques communs entre les deux pays.
Le festival a mis en lumière cette importante célébration culturelle, organisée dans plusieurs villes marocaines dans le cadre de la promotion de l’identité culturelle nationale, les Amazighs représentant environ 60 à 70 % de la population du Royaume et disposant d’une histoire millénaire.
Ces événements contribuent à la préservation du patrimoine national et à la valorisation de cette diversité à travers les traditions, les costumes, la gastronomie et d’autres expressions culturelles.
Enfin, ce festival a ambitionné d’être une plateforme de rencontre pour les cultures et les musiques marocaines, dans toute leur diversité, ainsi que pour la culture espagnole, tout en investissant dans la diplomatie culturelle, artistique et médiatique, afin de jeter les bases d’une coopération durable entre le Maroc et l’Espagne, et, au-delà, entre l’Europe et le monde arabe.

تهنئة مرفوعة من الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف إلى المقام العالي بالله صاحب الجلالة والمهابة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده بمناسبة القرار الأممي التاريخي رقم 2797 المعزز للسيادة المغربية على الصحراء

تثمن الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، القرار الأممي رقم 2797، الصادر يوم الجمعة 31 أكتوبر 2025، والذي أعاد تعزيز حق مغربي ثابت وأصيل في السيادة على الصحراء، وتوج مسارا دبلوماسيا مغربيا طويلا بقيادة صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده أفضى في هذا اليوم التاريخي إلى تصويت أممي كاسح على المقترح المغربي للحكم الذاتي كحل جاد وواقعي يحظى بدعم كبير وسط المنتظم الدولي.
ويهم الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، أن تسطر بمداد من الفخر وللتاريخ وبهذه المناسبة التي طال انتظارها العبارات التالية:
- تتشرف الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، أصالة عن رئيسها السيد محمد فجري، ونيابة عن كافة أعضاء مكتبها الإداري وكل المنتسبين إليها بأن ترفع إلى المقام العالي بالله صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله تعالى، أسمى آيات الولاء المفعم بالصدق والإخلاص، مقرونة بأحر وأصدق عبارات التهاني والتبريكات الممزوجة بالفخر والاعتزاز بهذا الإنجاز التاريخي الباهر.

La Ligue Marocaine des Jeunes Éditeurs de Journaux salue la résolution onusienne n°2797, publiée le vendredi 31 octobre 2025, qui a réaffirmé le droit constant et légitime du Maroc à la souveraineté sur le Sahara et a couronné un long processus diplomatique marocain conduit par Sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI, que Dieu Le préserve et L’assiste, qui a conduit en ce jour historique à un vote massif des Nations Unies en faveur de la proposition marocaine d’autonomie en tant que solution sérieuse et réaliste bénéficiant d’un large soutien au sein de la communauté internationale

بشأن تنظيم المجلس الوطني للصحافة وعدد من القضايا المهنية

تتابع الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، باهتمام كبير النقاش الوطني الدائر حاليا حول قانون إعادة تنظيم المجلس الوطني للصحافة وعدد من القضايا المهنية التي تفرض نفسها على الساحة حاليا والذي يمثل تراجعا كبيرا وقفزا سواء على دستور المملكة المغربية أو باقي القوانين ذات الصلة.
ويهم الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، أن تسجل للتاريخ وللمهنة مواقفها التالية:
- تستغرب الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، تجاهل الحكومة لكل الأصوات والفاعلين في المهنة من هيئات وتنظيمات لها حضورها والمعبرة عن رفضها للقانون وللرغبة في الإسراع بتمريره ضدا على كل الأصوات الرافضة بل والأدهى ادعائها بأن المشروع وماله صلة به كان محط مشاورات واسعة وهو ما نفته أكثر من هيئة وتنظيم مؤكدين أن الإقصاء سيد الموقف ما سيعطينا قوانين مشوهة تعيدنا للخلف ولن تحظى بأي إجماع أو انخراط ولم تستحضر في الدفع بها مصلحة القطاع.
- وتؤكد الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، أن الحكومة صمت آذانها ولم تحتكم سوى لرؤية أحادية للتنظيم لا صلة لها بالواقع الصحافي ببلادنا بل وستزيد أزمة داخل قطاع مأزوم أصلا ويعيش بـ"الدوباج"، منذ جائحة كورونا لتأتي هاته التحركات الحكومية في محاولات للاستئصال عوض تقديم قوانين بحلول جذرية وتحافظ على وجود كل مكونات الطيف الإعلامي التي تحتاجها بلادنا أي إعلام قوي ومتماسك عوض سياسة "القتل الرحيم".
- وتتساءل الرابطة المغربية لناشري الصحف، كيف يمكن أن تكون الحكومة اليوم شريكة في إقبار المهنة ومعها العديد من المقاولات الصحافية؟ بشعارات هي أبعد عن المهنة أقرب لـ"مالين الشكارة"، وكيف تصر على معالجة أحادية لهاته الملفات دون أن تدرك بأن المنتصر يجب أن يكون هو مهنة الصحافة ببلادنا لا الحكومة أو أي تنظيم أو هيئة.
- تعبر الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، أنها تقف في صف التنظيمات والهيئات الرافضة لهاته القوانين الإقصائية وبأنها ستواصل التنسيق وتضع نفسها رهن إشارة كل الإطارات التي تناضل بصدق لإعادة المهنة والنقاش لـ"أصحابها الحقيقين"، عوض تهريبه وباقي القوانين ومستعدة للانخراط في كل الخطوات النضالية والأشكال الاحتجاجية تحت شعار مميز المهنة ولا شيء غير المهنة وكرامة المهنيين.
- وتعلن الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، أنها ستترافع بدورها ليس بحثا عن كرسي أو منصب زائل بل وراء التقويم وإعادة الهيبة والكرامة لمهنة النبلاء وسعيا وراء قوانين تحترم الدستور ولا تسعى وراء الإقصاء وهضم الحقوق والمكتسبات والوصاية والتدبير الأحادي لقطاع كان دوما حيا وسيظل حيا.
- وتستغرب الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، عن كيف تم تغييب أصوات الشباب وتنظيماتهم أو الاستماع لآرائهم في هذا النقاش فكيف ما يتم محاولة تمثيل بعض الأطياف والحرص على الحضور النسوي وهو شيء محمود يجب الحرص على حضور الشباب الصحافي الناشر نساء ورجالا سواء من خلال مناقشة القوانين وكذا الحضور في كل الخطوات المرافقة.
- وفي الأخير تتساءل الرابطة المغربية للشباب ناشري الصحف، كيف أصبحت الحكومة تختزل مهنة النبلاء وصاحبة الجلالة ومهنة الفكر والمفكرين والمثقفين في رقم معاملات وجعلها رهينة في أيدي "مالين الشكارة"، ومحاولة إخضاعها لمبادئ وحسابات هي أبعد عنها ولن تخدم التعددية التي تميز المغرب منذ سنوات.

Press Release on an International Conference titled: "The Role of Cultural, Artistic, and Media Diplomacy in Bringing Countries Closer Together – The Case of Morocco and Spain"
Organized by the Moroccan League of Young Newspaper Publishers

The Moroccan League of Young Newspaper Publishers organized an international conference on July 18, 2025, at the Euro-Arab Foundation for Higher Studies in Gr***de (Spain). The conference was themed: "The Role of Cultural, Artistic, and Media Diplomacy in Bringing Countries Closer Together – The Case of Morocco and Spain."

The conference featured a rich and varied program of activities for a wide audience: presentations, networking and exchange meetings, and a promotional announcement of a film titled "Tariq," which will be shot in both Morocco and Spain. The event brought together Moroccan and Spanish experts, artists, intellectuals, filmmakers, and journalists.

On this occasion, Ms. María Ortega Castillo, Deputy Mayor of the municipality of Víznar in the province of Gr***de, stated: "On behalf of the municipality of Víznar, I wanted to be here today primarily to support and highlight the importance of this type of initiative, which illustrates the relevance of cultural diplomacy in a context marked by hatred, conflicts, marginalization, and racism—phenomena that we are currently experiencing in several regions of Spain and which have become particularly visible recently."

Ms. Ortega, also a municipal councilor in charge of culture, education, and equality, added: "I think that this press conference and the presentation of the film 'Tariq' are a clear example of the type of initiatives in which all public actors and citizens should participate. It is very important to be here today to talk about building bridges and sharing a culture that we actually already have in common."

She continued: "People must understand that we have much more in common than what divides us, and these common points make us collectively stronger. That is why I consider it necessary to organize events like this between Spain and Morocco."

Ms. Ortega concluded by saying: "It was also very important today to get acquainted with the Moroccan League of Young Newspaper Publishers and to discover the constructive work they are doing. The discourse of its members was marked by cordiality and cooperation. It is essential to get to know them better and to work together to strengthen these networks and bridges that we must build gradually. This is, in my view, fundamental."

Spanish director María Casado stressed the importance of artistic, cultural, and media diplomacy, stating: "Cultural diplomacy is one of the essential pillars of relations between Spain and Morocco. It weaves ties of mutual understanding through art, cinema, and shared creativity. At a time when intercultural dialogue is more necessary than ever, cinema emerges as a common language that transcends borders."

The actress and filmmaker added: "One of the concrete examples of this cooperation is the feature film 'Tariq,' a co-production between Spain and Morocco that will be shot in various locations in both countries. The film will combine landscapes from southern Spain with natural and historical settings from southern Morocco. 'Tariq' represents not only a cinematic project but also a commitment to diversity, shared identity, and the Mediterranean heritage that unites both shores."

Mr. Mohamed Fajri, President of the Moroccan League of Young Newspaper Publishers, emphasized in his speech during the press conference that: "Speaking of soft or cultural diplomacy, one can affirm that Morocco and Spain, like other countries, are characterized by considerable cultural richness. This diversity is part of a framework based on coexistence, interconnectedness, and cohesion, and rejects exclusion and marginalization. This has allowed the two countries to develop varied relations at several levels and to create a space for listening and acceptance of the other."

Mr. Fajri added: "Just as an agreement was found to co-host the World Cup, one can imagine cultural, artistic, and media pacts that would serve as a roadmap and guide for better understanding between the two peoples. Natural disasters that have affected both countries and mutual solidarity efforts show that they are much closer than one might believe."

Mr. Fajri also stated: "The role of cultural, artistic, and media diplomacy is today of utmost urgency and importance. Many tensions and temporary conflicts would not have arisen if we had relied on soft diplomacy instead of leaving the field to politicians alone, who sometimes pursue electoral or personal goals."

Mr. Aimane Reghais, a journalist and project coordinator of the Moroccan League of Young Newspaper Publishers in Spain, said: "We believe that art, culture, and a responsible press can be the strongest bridge between the Moroccan and Spanish peoples. The Moroccan League of Young Newspaper Publishers will continue to work in this direction, through the role of youth, artists, and journalists."
