We help ngos initiate a strategic plan, and work with the board to ensure adequate follow through. The Libyan Center for Nonprofit Management works to provide ngos with
assistance in strategic planning, board training & development, organizational development, succession planning, financial management, fund development, marketing, human resources, and other areas. History: The concept to create the Center for Nonprofit Management came about in 2009, when a few Libyans from all walks of life, discussed the struggles and complexity in creating a nonprofit during the days of the former regime. There was talk of those ngos that were created, not really knowing how to run, manage, and build capacity so the Libya Foundation has been working on curriculum and with international institutions to provide professional and responsive assistance to local ngos across the country! Alhamdillah the liberation of Libya is a new era, and we are here to serve the country!
