Applications are still open for our Consultancy-Based Interpreter/Translator opportunity with the British Council. The deadline to apply is 14 June.

We've received a few questions about the role, so here are some key points:

โœ… You must be based in Libya and have the right to work in Libya.

โœ… The role is primarily remote and does not require working from an office.

โœ… Translation assignments can be completed remotely.

โœ… Interpretation assignments are conducted face-to-face and will be required occasionally, with advance notice provided whenever possible.

โœ… Meetings may take place online or in person, depending on the assignment, and will be scheduled in advance.

This is a consultancy-based opportunity, meaning assignments are offered on an as-needed basis rather than through a fixed work schedule.
