Here, we reached the end of Masar+... and the beginning of new paths. 🩵

A few days ago, we concluded the Masar+ Diploma Program after a journey filled with learning, new skills, and experiences that brought together a group of young people as they prepare for their next steps.

At RISE, we were proud to be part of this journey in partnership with Al-Jaid Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, and proud of everyone who contributed to its success.

These photos capture the end of the program, but not the end of what began throughout this journey.

Here's to new paths, bigger opportunities, and a future you build for yourselves. 🌱

One year... and countless stories that began here. 🩵🦉

A year ago, RISE started with one simple idea:
to bring opportunities closer to students and make them more accessible.

Since then, every session, every event, every partnership, and every person we've met has become part of this journey.

This season wasn't just about numbers or achievements—it was about building a community that believes opportunities are created, shared, and pursued.

Thank you to every speaker, partner, volunteer, and every person who believed in our mission and became part of this season.

And as Season Two begins, we're more excited than ever for what's ahead.

This isn't the end of our first year—
it's the beginning of a much bigger story.

Happy Birthday, Rasi. 🩵

The Hidden Side of Applications" 🌱✨

On the second day of "The Hidden Side of Applications" 🌱✨

We moved into the deeper side of the application journey—the part that is rarely seen or openly discussed.

We explored stress, fear of rejection, comparison with others, and loss of confidence throughout the application process 🩵

We then focused on practical tools and strategies to help applicants manage pressure and build a more balanced and resilient mindset 🌍🦉

It was an open and honest space for reflection and discussion—because the journey is not only about opportunities, but about how we take care of ourselves along the way ✨
