What if real communication starts long before we speak?
In February, in the peaceful Czech countryside, participants from 19 countries gathered for Beyond Words — a Erasmus+ training course exploring self-awareness, communication, and the impact of our inner world 💭✨

Using non-formal education methods, we looked at how the way we listen, pause, reflect, and speak to ourselves influences the way we relate to others.

👂 Practiced active listening and deeper conversations
🌬️ Explored grounding tools like 4×4 breathing
🎨 Used creative reflection and symbolic activities to express and share
👏 Built trust and connection through movement, energizers, and group moments

Some of the key takeaways we explored together:
– the connection between inner dialogue and communication
– how simple exercises can lead to meaningful conversations
– how non-formal education can create honest space for growth and learning

From Theory to the Gymnasium: Educators Mastering the Art of Development

Erasmus+ training "Art of Development" recently concluded in Trakai, Lithuania
(February 2026), gathering a dedicated group of educators and youth workers for an intensive
journey of professional transformation. It moved beyond traditional seminars, focusing on a high-
stakes, hands-on learning cycle designed to bridge the gap between "knowing" and "doing"

Log in – Log out: Healthy Lifestyle through New Technologies

From 3 to 11 March 2025, a Youth Exchange titled “Log in – Log out: Healthy Lifestyle through New Technologies” was successfully implemented in Greece, bringing together young participants from Latvia and other partner countries. The Latvian participants took part in the project through the association Lidojuma Režīms, while the hosting and coordinating organization in Greece was System and G.

The project focused on exploring the relationship between digital technologies and healthy lifestyle habits among young people. Through non-formal education methods, workshops, group discussions, outdoor activities, and intercultural exchanges, participants critically examined the impact of screen time, social media, and digital tools on physical activity, mental health, and overall well-being. At the same time, they explored innovative ways in which new technologies can be used positively to support active living, balance, and self-care.

The Youth Exchange provided a strong learning environment that promoted digital awareness, personal responsibility, social interaction, and intercultural understanding. Participants enhanced their competences in teamwork, communication, and critical thinking, while developing practical strategies for achieving a healthier balance between online and offline life.

This project highlighted the importance of conscious technology use and empowered young people to “log in” with purpose and “log out” to reconnect with physical activity, nature, and meaningful social experiences.

Non if us couldn’t believe that last days of project has already arrived.
On last days we took care of your sprout 🌱 babies, we planed our dream gardens including some smart gardening and permaculture tips and tricks. We even made prototypes of our gardens! 🪴🧑🏼‍🌾👩🏽‍🌾
Since it was last day, we also did reflection, feedback of project and we said some nice words to each other 📝
And we closed evening with Latvian cultural evening- dancing, singing and eating 🇱🇻

Thank you for trusting us and being here! 💕
And we know for sure that we will meet each other again some day, perhaps in some Erasmus+ project! 🇪🇺🌍

🌿 Day 5 – Green Youth Life 🌍💚
Today we visited Riga for workshops with . We discussed fast fashion, created powerful posters, and turned old T-shirts into stylish upcycled bags. 👕👜✨
🏙️ Afterwards we explored Riga Old Town through a fun city game with creative challenges and discoveries.
Another day full of learning, teamwork and inspiration! 💚

🌿 Day 4 – Green Youth Life 🌍💚
Today we did our midterm evaluation and presented fun country profiles, learning about each country’s water systems, gardening habits, climate and green energy.
🌳 We also went for a green sightseeing walk to explore what surrounds us.
🧴 In the evening we made our own natural cosmetics — deodorants, scrubs and body lotions. ✨
Another inspiring day together! 💚
