In one dynamic afternoon, experts from different backgrounds team up to tackle “burning issues” faced by organizations. Through hands-on advisory sessions and collaborative brainstorming, concrete, ready-to-implement solutions are born.

Members from Cooltour with volunteers with varied backgrounds, participated this week in a workshop together with the students of the "mediation culturelle" course, where the technique: "Story Circles: Building Intercultural Competencies" from Darla Deardorff was applied. Around very simple questions and the active listening methodology we realized we can deep dive in emotions, get to know each other, develop empathy , gain increased cultural self-awareness and create connections with culturally different others. Cooltour thanks Sergio Roberto Grateri for the invitation to participate and the volunteers who offered their time, energy and commitment to this workshop.
