Exciting news for green mobility enthusiasts! 💚

The SET project will host a workshop at the Higher Education Transformation Week this coming October.

During the session, you can expect a deep dive into innovative strategies for promoting greener student mobility, in addition to identifying institutional gaps and concrete steps for guiding staff to contribute to a more sustainable Erasmus+.

Meet the facilitators of the EUF Training Week.

The autumn cycle is facilitated by four Erasmus+ specialists with over 50 years of combined experience, practitioners who don't just know the theory, but have lived the complexity of international higher education from the inside.

Ana Cosic has been Croatia’s Erasmus+ National ambassador since 2022, dedicating her work to training and mentoring the next generation of Erasmus coordinators.

Liga Kuzmane, leads the EUF Project Manager and Advisor Community of over 600 higher education professionals. A seasoned facilitator, she brings deep expertise in designing learning spaces that are practical, collaborative, and built around real professional needs.

Helena Alves serves as EUF Mobility Community Manager, fostering collaboration among members, moderating the most impactful discussions on student and staff mobility across Europe.

Katalin Nemeth heads the Department of Erasmus+ and International Programmes at Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem - ELTE, with hands-on experience coordinating large-scale mobility activities. She brings to the room what participants need most: clarity, practical guidance, and hard-won lessons from real implementation.

A new chapter in the Erasmus+ programme starts in 2028. How can IROs prepare for the transition and brace for change while still embracing it?

On 19–21 January 2027, the Student Mobility Summit kicks off the countdown to the new programme in Barcelona, with three days of keynotes, workshops, and hackathons designed to help you envision what mobility and the International Office will look like come 2028.

👉 The future of Erasmus+ traineeships

Save the date! On 4 December 2026, the DETAS Final Conference will bring together policymakers, higher education institutions, employers, student representatives, and education stakeholders in Brussels to discuss the future of Erasmus+ traineeships.

The event will showcase the results of the DETAS (Digitalising Erasmus Traineeship Application & Support) project and explore how digital innovation, quality traineeships, and stronger cooperation between education and employment sectors can support students across Europe.

Taking place within the framework of Lifelong Learning Week, the conference will provide a platform to exchange experiences, discuss policy developments, and shape the future of Erasmus+ traineeships.
