Finance for Resilience: Executive Dialogue — 13 October 2026

On 13 October 2026, the Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) will bring together representatives of the financial sector, investors, businesses and public institutions in Luxembourg for Finance for Resilience: Executive Dialogue.

The focus will be practical: how to move from reconstruction needs to viable, bankable projects and long-term investment.

As Ukraine’s recovery advances, the discussion is increasingly moving beyond the availability of capital. The key questions are how projects are structured, how risks are shared, which financing instruments can be mobilised and how public and private capital can work together.

The Executive Dialogue will provide a focused setting to discuss:
— reconstruction and infrastructure finance
— development of bankable projects
— guarantees and risk-sharing mechanisms
— blended finance and private investment
— public-private cooperation
— the role of Luxembourg’s financial ecosystem in supporting investment in Ukraine

The event is designed as a high-level, limited-capacity dialogue, allowing participants to exchange perspectives, identify areas of mutual interest and establish relevant professional connections.

13 October 2026 | Luxembourg
Participation is free of charge and subject to confirmation by the organising committee.
The detailed agenda and confirmed speakers will be announced shortly.

Registration is now open:
