Another productive day of conversations, networking, and discovering new opportunities for collaboration.

The LUCC stand continues to showcase the strength of Ukrainian innovation, bringing together startups, entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, and technology enthusiasts from across Europe.

Over the past two days, we have had the opportunity to present Ukrainian solutions in cybersecurity, energy, healthcare, agritech, smart cities, environmental technologies, and deep-tech innovation while building valuable connections with potential partners and supporters.

Thank you to everyone who visited our stand, met our startup delegation, and shared ideas for future cooperation.

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting the workshop “First Steps and Strategies for Entering the Luxembourg Job Market”, organized as part of the Empower to Employ project.

A special thank you to Alan Chbeir, Managing Consultant at Greenfield, for sharing his valuable expertise and practical advice drawn from more than 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

During the session, participants gained insights into:

From Temporary Status to Running a Business in Luxembourg: Success Story!
Is it possible to arrive in a new country without knowing the language, having zero contacts, and no understanding of local rules, and just 4 years later run a successful company with a team of 10? The story of our speaker proves that it is absolutely possible!

On May 28th, as part of the "Empower to Employ" project, we hosted an incredibly inspiring and practical session with Andre Mitin, the founder and CEO of Lux Photo Pro.

Andre arrived in Luxembourg in March 2022. Having walked the path from obtaining an independent license (indépendant) to establishing a rapidly growing company, he shared his unique insights from "both sides of the table"—both as a candidate looking for their first job and as an employer who has already conducted over 50 interviews.
