We are excited to launch Public History Cooked, a new series developed through the IFPH Explorers Internship Program!
This project explores the powerful relationship between food and public history, showing how recipes, culinary traditions, and everyday practices can reveal stories about memory, identity, and culture. By combining hands-on cooking with historical reflection, the series invites us to experience the past in accessible and meaningful ways.
Created by our intern Lily Kelly-Clark, this series highlights the important contributions students make to shaping innovative public history content.
