What is Inside Flow? In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body. Some people relax with punk rock and some with classical music. Your choice of music defines you and your practice. Inside Flow has different sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music. It is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga! There’s something I really love about practicing together online — knowing that even from different places, we meet in the same moment, with the same intention: to move, to feel, to reconnect.

This Saturday, 20 June at 10:30 AM CET, we flow together again.

Just bring yourself as you are. Maybe you need energy, maybe softness, maybe simply one hour that belongs only to you.

And if you can’t join live, the replay will stay available for 24h+ hours so the practice can meet you when the timing feels right đŸ€

I thought it’d be nice to have one last community meet-up before the holidays.

This time, instead of Inside Flow and brunch, we’re moving things to the evening for an Inside Flow Christmas Special & Winterlights Get-Together đŸŽ„đŸ§‘â€đŸŽ„â„ïžâ˜ƒïžđŸ­đŸą

Saturday, 20 December ‱ 7 PM‹Design Hub – Popup Space

We’ll start with a 1-hour Inside Flow session, then head to the nearby Christmas Market to enjoy Winterlights and some relaxed time together.
