From December 1st-10th, our Lithuanian team had the opportunity to take part in the project C.O.O.K in Bremen, Germany. The aim of the project was to share cultures through food and stories, creating a sense of a strong international community.🎅🏻🎄
🍳This is what we cooked:
• 150g of pure happiness
• 2 cups of laughter
• 1 big spoon of love
• A pinch of chaos (optional, but recommended)
• 6 main spices: Macedonians, Germans, Lithuanians, Spanish, Serbians, Italians
• A handful of unforgettable moments
• Unlimited foreign-language swear words for extra flavor
📝 Instructions:
1. Start by mixing all cultures in one warm, friendly kitchen.
2. Add an amazing program about cooking and storytelling slowly and stir with an open heart and willingness to learn.
3. Serve with smiles, hugs, and memories that stay fresh forever.
🇪🇺A perfect Erasmus dish — full of friendship, flavor, and moments you’ll never forget.

Our first project may be over, but the energy, laughter, and moments we shared still feel alive. 💛
When we look back at these memories, it’s impossible not to smile — the people we met, the ideas we created together, and the small everyday moments that turned into something meaningful.

Join the 'C.O.O.K: Cultivating Opportunities, Opening Knowledge' Youth exchange project in Germany!

What’s it about?
Blending the art of cooking with the power of storytelling, C.O.O.K creates a vibrant space where participants from diverse backgrounds engage in experiential learning and authentic dialogue.

You’ll meet participants from Italy, North Macedonia, Serbia, Spain — and of course, Germany! ✨

The youth exchange is funded by Erasmus+, so you don’t have to worry about accommodation or meals. 🍀🍀 Travel costs are reimbursed up to 309 EUR, and there’s no participation, membership, or any other fee. 🤸‍♀️🤸 The age of the participants is 18+

From the mountains of Romania to the hearts of new friends 🌍✨ As part of the “Youths for World” project, we Lithuanians joined voices with amazing people from Georgia, Ukraine, Portugal, Spain, Armenia, Moldova, and Romania — exploring the art of communication beyond words.

We didn’t just learn how to listen — we learned how to truly understand☺️❤️ Between deep talks and breathtaking hikes, we discovered that even silence speaks when you're open to connection.
Because communication isn’t only about language — it’s about body, energy, patience, trust. It’s in a shared laugh, a helping hand on a steep path. It's how strangers become teammates, and teammates become friends💫🌍
