We are officially in the second week of the "Leadership and Teamwork in Digital Projects" international training course. This 5-week journey within the SALTO Youth framework is proving to be an invaluable experience for our organization in Lithuania.

This training, attended by our project manager, is fascinating to delve deeper into the general mechanics of digital collaboration.

📢 We are pleased to announce our participation in an international training course organized within the SALTO Youth framework.
Our organization is taking part in the training “Leadership and Teamwork in Digital Projects”, which focuses on strengthening competencies in digital collaboration, teamwork, and leadership in international project environments.
The course will take place between 16 April – 14 May 2026, through a series of online sessions.
Through this training, we aim to enhance our capacity in:
▪️ Managing digital project teams
▪️ Improving communication in online environments
▪️ Applying innovative tools in youth work
We look forward to integrating the knowledge gained into our future Erasmus+ projects and local initiatives.
