Celebrating World Telecommunication and Information Society Day 2025

Today, we join the global community in observing World Telecommunication and Information Society Day (WTISD). This year's theme, "Gender Equality in Digital Transformation", underscores the importance of ensuring equal access to digital technologies for all, especially women and girls.

At Camara Education, we are committed to bridging the digital divide by providing technology-enabled learning solutions that empower communities across Kenya. Our initiatives aim to foster inclusive digital environments where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

One of our team member, Seeiso Debeshe, has just graduated from Botho University. He joined the Camara Team as an intern and is now a graduate with a Honours Degree in Computing with specialization in Network and Infrastructure Management.

Here is an inspiring message from him to anyone who is studying or is planing to persue their studies in whatever field they choose.

My name is Seeiso Debeshe, a graduate from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Botho University.

This is my message to every aspiring academic out there:

Failure is not determined by the number of times you fall, but by the number of times you find the strength to rise up and try again. My journey has been long and at times excruciating. However, it has ultimately culminated in the success that I celebrate proudly today.

Dear young student out there, regardless of your background, or whatever reason you believe will stand in your way, it is possible. Believe that you will succeed and keep applying effort.

Special appreciation to Camara Education Lesotho. I am a multi skilled IT professional, groomed by my colleagues. I share my success with you all and thank you for the major part played in shaping the engineer that stands tall today.
