Universal Health Coverage Day - Thaba Bosiu 2024
LENASO continues to advocate for Health for all. With the theme of 2024 Universal Health Coverage that says " It's on the Government" this means the government is the LEAD and LENASO supports the Government in the communities to advocate for better health services, health as a human right, availability and accessibility of quality health services. LENASO continues to strengthen community systems and mobilize the communities for uptake of services. LENASO issued the certificates of recognition and appreciation to 45 Village Health Workers in collaboration with THABA-BOSIU HEALTH CENTRE. To further celebrate the UHC day, local chiefs and councilors identified vulnerable families that LENASO supported with some of the basic needs. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our sponsors.
