Meet Alfred Joemah Ndebeh, a distinguished facilitator at the F Tengbeh Foundation Youth Identity Symposium. He is a dedicated leader, development practitioner, and entrepreneur whose work continues to impact communities across Liberia.

Mr. Alfred Joemah Ndebeh - Karpu is married and currently serves as the Program Director for Women Agriculture Promoters, where he contributes to advancing agricultural development and women’s empowerment initiatives.

He also works as the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Data Officer at Kessellie M. Bazzie Agriculture Corporation Inc., supporting data-driven development and organizational growth.

In the business sector, he is the CEO and Founder of E&A Enterprise Inc., demonstrating his passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

Academically, Alfred is pursuing a Bachelor of Theology (BTh) at Free Pentecostal University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at Lofa County University.

He also holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Aiist University, along with diplomas and certificates from Voinjama Multilateral High School.

Beyond his professional and academic achievements, Alfred previously served with the Former Voinjama District Youth Association, reflecting his longstanding commitment to youth leadership and community development.

F. Tengbeh Foundation Youth Identity Symposium

We are honored to introduce Eric Kruboson Zubah as the Facilitator for the upcoming Youth Identity Symposium of the F. Tengbeh Foundation.

He is a Liberian youth activist and development practitioner whose work reflects a strong commitment to grassroots organizing, civic engagement, and sustainable community development.

Over the years, he has positioned himself among a new generation of civic leaders in Liberia who are actively working to address social challenges through advocacy, youth mobilization, and community-based initiatives.

With extensive experience in volunteerism, youth leadership, and democracy advancement, he has contributed to strengthening youth participation in governance and development processes. His leadership style is grounded in inclusiveness, community empowerment, and practical solutions to local challenges.

He currently serves as County Coordinator of NAYMOTE-LIBERIA, where he supports initiatives that promote civic participation and accountable governance.

Mr. Eric Kruboson Zubah He is also the Founder of Youth for Sustainable Agriculture and Development, an initiative focused on empowering young people in agriculture and sustainable livelihoods. In addition, he is a YPLS-Africa alumnus and a BPA candidate at Lofa County University.

As Facilitator of the Symposium, he brings valuable experience, insight, and a strong passion for youth development that will enrich discussions on identity, leadership, and the role of young people in shaping Liberia’s future.

The F. Tengbeh Foundation proudly introduces Dauda S. Kamara as a facilitator for the upcoming Youth Identity Symposium.

Mr. Kamara is a highly accomplished academic and development professional with a strong background in economics, finance, leadership, and youth empowerment.

His commitment to education, professional excellence, and youth development has positioned him as a respected voice in academic and leadership spaces.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Cuttington University, a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from Near East University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from European University of Lefke.

Mr. Dauda S. Kamara currently serves as a full-time Lecturer at Lofa County University, where he continues to impact the lives of students through academic mentorship and professional guidance.

In addition to his academic achievements, he has earned several professional certifications and participated in numerous leadership and capacity-building programs, including:

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

Leadership Training facilitated by United States Embassy Monrovia

Youth for Global Economic Development Program in the United Kingdom

Several other professional and leadership development trainings

The F. Tengbeh Foundation is proud to introduce Ellen K. Kardoh as one of the Facilitators for the upcoming F. Tengbeh Foundation Youth Identity Symposium.

Born on June 9, 1992, to Mr. and Mrs. Garvoie Kardoh, Ellen K. Kardoh is a distinguished Liberian Administrator, Educator, and Entrepreneur whose passion for youth empowerment and educational development continues to impact lives across communities.

She is the Founder of the Elite Foundation, an initiative committed to supporting growth, learning, and positive social transformation among young people.

Ellen’s academic and professional journey is a reflection of resilience, discipline, and a deep commitment to national development. She obtained her High School Diploma from St. Francis High School in 2012.

In 2016, she earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from LICOCESS Teachers Training Institute, strengthening her foundation in teaching and mentorship.

Her pursuit of higher education continued with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Cuttington University in 2022, followed by a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from United Methodist University in 2023.

In 2025, she successfully earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Sector Administration from Cuttington Graduate School, further equipping her with the knowledge and leadership capacity to contribute meaningfully to public service and community development.

As a facilitator, Ellen brings a wealth of experience in education, leadership, mentorship, and community engagement. Her dedication to empowering young people and helping them discover their purpose aligns perfectly with the vision of the symposium.

Participants can expect insightful discussions, practical guidance, and inspiring perspectives that will encourage them to embrace their identity, leadership potential, and role in nation-building.

We are honored to introduce Jonathan Robertson Doe as a Facilitator for the upcoming F. Tengbeh Foundation Youth Identity Symposium.

A native of Gbelbo Town, Gbelbo District, Grand Kru County, Mr. Doe is a distinguished Administrator, Educator, Writer, Pastor, Motivational Speaker, Counselor, and devoted family man whose impact continues to inspire many across Liberia and beyond. As an accomplished author, he has written three books and remains passionate about mentoring and empowering young people.

Rev. Jonathan Robertson Doe possesses extensive academic and professional experience, including an Advanced Diploma in Management of Vocational Training Centers from the International Labour Organization (ILO-ITC), Turin, Italy (2023), and a Professional Certificate in Curriculum Development from Ohio State University (2022).

He has also earned several certificates in Developing Growth Mindset, Digital Learning, and Lesson Planning through Teach2030.

He is a proud graduate of the University of Liberia’s 93rd graduating class (2012) and also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Education from the Global University School of Theology in Springfield, Missouri, USA (2008).

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Doe has served in several leadership and educational roles, including Administrative Manager at SURIDO, Dean of Students Affairs, and Lecturer at the Free Pentecostal University in Voinjama, Lofa County.

He currently serves as Vice Principal for Instruction at the Voinjama Multilateral High School.

In addition to his educational leadership, he is the Founder and Lead Pastor of the Philadelphia Church in Voinjama City, where he continues to provide spiritual guidance, mentorship, and community leadership.

CALL FOR 100 YOUTH PARTICIPANTS FROM LOFA COUNTY

The F. Tengbeh Foundation invites 100 young people across Lofa County to participate in the Youth Identity Symposium 2026, a two-day empowerment and leadership development event aimed at building self-identity, confidence, knowledge, and meaningful networks among Liberia’s youth.

Participants will benefit from leadership sessions, practical learning, networking opportunities, certificates, event materials, and feeding throughout the program.

These unique activities are expected to begin from May 27–28, 2026 and participants are required to do registration of LRD $500 which will cover Certificate, two meals in a day or two days, flyer and among others.

Youth from all districts and communities in Lofa County are encouraged to register early, as participation is limited.
