🔴 HAPPY WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY 2026 🔴

Theme: Together for a Period Friendly World

Menstruation is natural shame, stigma, and period poverty should not be.

Today, we stand for every girl who misses school because of her period, every woman without access to menstrual products, and every person silenced by myths, discrimination, and misinformation.

A period should never stand in the way of education, dignity, health, confidence, or opportunity.

It’s time to build a world where menstrual health education is accessible, safe and affordable menstrual products are available, clean water and sanitation are a right, and conversations about periods are open, informed, and free from shame.

Together, we can create a Period Friendly World where no one is left behind.

Periods are normal. Dignity is non-negotiable. Change begins with awareness, action, and advocacy.

Community engagement with our CEO Betty M B Ambert in District #5 , B**g county.

Courage Foundation remains steadfast in providing the following essential services:
Feeding programs for vulnerable youth (at-risk), widows, widowers, and persons with disabilities.
Awareness campaigns against drug abuse and substance use among youth.
Educational support, including donations of learning materials to schools and financial assistance for students’ tuition.
Clothing drives for mothers of newborn babies, ensuring dignity and care at the earliest stages of life.
Medical support through financial aid to indigent patients in hospitals and clinics.
Teenage pregnancy awareness programs and distribution of sanitary pads to adolescent girls, particularly students.

Despite our dedication and the positive impact we are making, we are limited by financial constraints and inadequate logistical capacity. With your generous support, we can:
Expand our monthly feeding initiatives to reach more families in need.
Distribute more sanitary products and school materials to rural and underserved areas.
Assist more students with tuition fees and learning resources.
Increase the number of community outreach and health awareness campaigns across regions.
