Today, we honor every life affected by HIV and stand with communities working to end AIDS. Real progress starts at home — in our families, our clinics, our neighborhoods, and our national institutions.

This year’s theme reminds us that sustainable change comes from within. When individuals invest in their own systems, empower local health workers, and strengthen community-led support, we build an AIDS response that lasts.

1. Must be a Liberian
2. Must be either a Junior or Senior High student during academic year 2024-2025

4. Must have been awarded as the Most Eloquent Speaker or Most Valuable

1. Must be a Liberian
2. Must be either a Junior or Senior High student during academic year 2024-2025

4. Must have been awarded as a subject (Math, English, Social Studies, or Science) specialist

1. Must be a Liberian
2. Must be an Elementary student during academic year 2024-2025

From the streets of Monrovia to the heart of our rural towns, the rise in substance use, especially among our youth, is alarming. Every Liberian has the right to a healthy, empowered, and drug-free life. Saying NO is not weakness; it is strength. It is choosing your future over a false escape. We’re calling on youth, parents, teachers, community leaders, and the government to unite in the fight against drug abuse to build a Liberia where dreams are nurtured and not destroyed.
