𝐀 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞. It requires people to listen, disagree peacefully, respect different perspectives, and find common ground without violence or exclusion.

Through youth leadership programs, political education, civic dialogues, debates, and cross-party engagements, Naymote creates spaces where young people and citizens can exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and learn from one another.

These spaces help strengthen the skills needed for democratic participation dialogue, tolerance, critical thinking, respect, and constructive engagement.

The impact is found in every conversation where disagreement becomes dialogue instead of division. Because democracy grows stronger when differences become an opportunity to understand not a reason to divide.

𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚’𝐬 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: From Pan-Africanism to Meta-Africanism.

On October 22, 2026, the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center for Women and Development hosted the Post-Forum Dialogue: The African Mindset Reset Forum — From Pan-Africanism to Meta-Africanism, with the Young Political Leadership School Africa and other institutions serving as collaborating partners.

This dialogue brought together emerging leaders, students, activists, student leaders, youth representatives, and civil society organizations to exchange ideas and explore new perspectives on Africa’s future. A key highlight was a panel discussion featuring the YPLS Africa Manager, the Head of the Liberia Diplomatic Institute, and Raywom, moderated by Duku Jallah, President of the Federation of Liberian Youth (FLY).

Representation should not disappear after elections.
It should be visible in communities, reflected in constituency engagement, communicated through public updates, and measured by how elected representatives connect with the people they serve.

Through its Legislative Constituency Monitoring Initiative, Naymote deploys monitors across Liberia’s electoral districts to document constituency visits, district offices, town hall engagements, media interactions, and legislative updates to citizens.

Governance and Anti-Corruption Fellowship Program Cohort 2

NAYMOTE-Liberia in collaboration with the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission LACC, is pleased to announce the call for applications for the Governance and Anti-Corruption Fellowship Program (GAF) Cohort 2. The program is a five-month intensive fellowship designed to equip middle-level professionals with practical skills, ethical leadership tools, and networks to advance transparency, accountability, and good governance in Liberia.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
• Be Liberian citizens aged 18–40 and mid-level professional
• Be college graduates in governance-related or social science fields
• Demonstrate interest or experience in governance, accountability, or civic engagement
• Commit to full participation for the duration of the fellowship
• Be willing to implement a practical governance or anti-corruption project
• Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Fellowship Structure
• 3 hours/week for 20 weeks
• Mentorship with national institutions
• Community or institutional action project
• Certificate of Completion & Alumni Network
