On December 8, 2023 (Mom’s birthday), we visited the Mission of Hope Disabled Home in Jacob’s Town as the birthday tradition of my late mother ever since her passing. Now in the other pictures below, you will see a beautiful, energetic and passionate young lady that goes by the name of RB Princess.
Now this is the story; Right before my Mother passed away she was gifted with an electric wheelchair by someone with a heart of gold.. she cherished it so much as it was her long time prayer to God to one day own a electric wheelchair as a strong and energetic disabled mother. So it has been a challenge about a year plus now to find the right person to gift the chair to, during our visit at the Mission of hope disabled home on her birthday last December, I decided to gift the chair to a man that I saw but still wasn’t convinced in my spirit that he was the one meant for it… I delayed in taking the chair to him but I did not understand why, until one faithful morning
(Jan 14,2024)about the hour of 1:14 am, I came across this lady (RB Princess) on TikTok. A beautiful disabled young lady… I scrolled through her page and found out that she is exactly whom I was searching for.. immediately I saw my mom in her…so passionate, hopeful, energetic and happy.. as a disabled young lady she’s also a makeup artist and owns a beauty salon in town. She do have a regular wheelchair that she uses everyday day to leave from Jamaica Road to Lynch street..that’s how strong and determined she is. My heart is happy that I was able to find the one deserving of my Mother precious gift.
I paid her a visit and we bonded so quick and from that moment she became a family to me.
She was so happy and I’m grateful to God that she accepted my gift to her.
I love you Rb Princess Arit and you are literally living by the motto of Canarah Home for Disabled “There is life in a wheelchair” 🙏❤️
