Today was a powerful and inspiring day with the Future Girls Club ! 🌸
Our girls led a meaningful and educational session focused on 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒚𝒈𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒆🩸✨, creating a safe space for open conversations, learning, and empowerment.✊🏽

We discussed the importance of proper menstrual care, debunked harmful myths, and shared personal stories — all in the spirit of breaking the silence and ending the stigma around periods. 💬💪🏽

It’s moments like these that remind us how essential it is to educate, support, and uplift one another.
Periods are natural, not shameful — and every girl deserves access to the knowledge and resources she needs to manage her health with dignity and confidence. 🩸💖

That’s why Future Girls Club is proud to host a powerful and educational event in celebration of Menstrual Hygiene Day!🌼

Join us for an open, safe, and inspiring space where young girls will learn all about menstrual health and hygiene—from understanding their cycle, to proper hygiene practices, to breaking harmful myths and taboos that often silence and shame young women.

📍 Location: GCVMI Victory Life Church.
📆 Date: Wednesday, May 28th, 2025.
🕛 Time: 12:00 noon.

This event is not just about cycles —it’s about 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. It’s about encouraging our girls to embrace their natural cycles with pride, knowledge, and the right tools to care for themselves physically and emotionally.

✔️ Guidance on using pads, tampons, and other products safely.
