MEET THE NEW FACE OF THE COUNTY MEET!

Against all odds… it survived the group chats, survived the internet bullying, survived the voting and came out on top! 😂

Now it’s time to officially introduce the winning design and the new identity of the National County Sports Meet.🇱🇷

More than just a logo, the winning design represents the energy, unity, pride and passion that make the County Meet one of Liberia’s biggest sporting traditions.

And trust us… every part of this logo has a story. 👀🔥

THE VOTES ARE IN. THE SCORES ARE IN. IT’S OFFICIAL!

Y’all definitely had something to say! 😂

The public showed up, voted, shared, debated and made their voices HEARD. Now, with the Committee’s assessment completed, we officially have our winner.

As established, the final selection was based on:

🗳️ Public Vote — 30%
👥 Selection Committee — 70%

The logo with the most online votes received the full 30 public points, while the remaining logos received scores based on their vote totals. Committee members then scored each design out of 70.

And listen… Logo 1 absolutely KILLED the online vote! 🔥

With a massive 1,200 votes, Logo 1 was the clear People’s Favorite and secured the full 30/30 public score. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

But remember, the public vote represented 30% of the final score, while the Committee represented 70%.

Once both scores were combined, here’s how it finished:

🥇 Logo 3 — 73.00/100
🥈 Logo 1 — 67.14/100
🥉 Logo 2 — 57.60/100
4️⃣ Logo 4 — 52.38/100
5️⃣ Logo 5 — 30.40/100

And with that…

Big love to EVERYONE who voted, commented, shared and even argued small 😂. The energy around this competition showed exactly what the County Meet is about , passion, pride and love for the game.

How the Final Logo Will Be Selected:

The final decision is based on 100 points:
Public Vote = 30 points�Committee Score = 70 points

1. Public Vote — 30 Points
The logo with the highest number of public votes receives the full 30 points.
The scores for the other logos are calculated using:
Logo’s Votes ÷ Highest Number of Votes × 30

2. Committee Score — 70 Points
Each committee member will score every logo out of 70, considering the following:
Relevance to the County Meet and national identity
Overall design quality
Versatility across jerseys, merchandise, digital platforms and signage
Originality and uniqueness
Long-term branding potential

All committee scores for each logo will be added together and divided by the number of committee members who voted to determine the final committee score.

3. Final Result
Public Score + Committee Score = Final Score out of 100

Public Participation in the Reconsideration of the National County Meet Sports Challenge Logo.

Following the recent public outcry regarding the selected winner of the National County Meet Sports Logo Challenge, the Ministry has decided to open the reconsideration process to the public.

The revised decision process will be guided by the following weighting:

Public Vote — 30%
Committee Evaluation — 70%

The public will therefore have the opportunity to vote for their preferred logo. However, the decision will not be based solely on the graphics or visual appeal of the designs.

The evaluation will also consider the symbols used in the logo, their meaning, relevance, creativity, and the explanations provided by the designers, alongside the overall design.

The public vote will constitute 30% of the final decision, while the committee’s professional assessment will constitute the remaining 70%.

We encourage everyone to participate objectively and evaluate the entries based on the stated criteria.

Your voice matters. Vote and help us select a logo that truly represents the spirit, unity, and excellence of the National County Meet Sports Challenge.

Voting will last for exactly 24 hours from the time of this post.

National Dance Team Of Liberia , NDTL

Practice Session Rescheduled

The Liberia Creative Council wishes to inform all selected members of the National Dance Team of Liberia that the practice session scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2026, has been canceled and rescheduled to Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the SKD Stadium.

This change in schedule is necessary to give all selected dancers adequate time to prepare and obtain the required materials for the upcoming practice sessions.

Additionally, all selected dancers are requested to submit their introductory videos in the official group chat as soon as possible. These videos are an important part of the team's preparations and official introduction.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Venue: SKD Stadium

The Liberia Creative Council is pleased to announce the selection of the following dancers to form the first-ever National Dance Team of Liberia.

The selection was based on a comprehensive two-day audition process, Social Media Vetting, as well as each dancer's brand, experience, consistency, and track record within Liberia's dance community.

We congratulate all those selected and officially welcome you to the National Dance Team of Liberia. Your dedication and passion have earned you a place in this historic movement as we begin building a team that will proudly represent Liberia on national and international stages.

The date and venue for the team's first official practice session will be announced soon.
