2. Background and Mandate
The Liberia Anti-Trafficking Scam and Victim Support Initiative was established to respond to the growing threats of human trafficking, online scams, and cross-border exploitation affecting Liberian citizens.
Our mandate includes victim rescue, rehabilitation, reintegration, legal support, advocacy, and collaboration with national and international partners.

Upon arrival, victims received transportation support, counseling, basic welfare assistance, and guidance for reintegration into their families and communities.
3.2 Law Enforcement Collaboration and Investigation
Through coordinated efforts with security authorities, the organization provided vital information that led to the arrest of ten (10) suspects linked to trafficking and scam-related activities.
These suspects are currently undergoing investigation at the Monrovia Central Police Station.
