JOIN THE PRISON ARROW - JULY 26 OUTREACH
"Freedom in Christ - You Are Not Forgotten"
This Saturday, July 26, 2026, as Liberia marks 178 years of independence, Gospel Arrow Ministry will be going to Kataha Central Prison in Margibi County to show the love of Jesus to "the least of these."
Why This Matters
On Independence Day we celebrate freedom. But there are men and women behind prison walls who feel forgotten. Jesus said in **Matthew 25:36, 40:
"I was in prison and you came to visit me... Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."
This is our chance to live that verse. This is our chance to put the Gospel into action.
What We Will Do at Kataha Prison:
1. THE HUNGER ARROW - Serve a hot meal of rice, beans, bread and water to 100+ inmates
2. THE STATIONARY ARROW- Distribute exercise books, pens, Bibles and hygiene kits so they can write, study, and care for themselves with dignity
3. THE LETTERS ARROW- Deliver handwritten "We Care" letters of encouragement and pray with them
WE NEED YOU
This outreach will only succeed with committed Christians who are willing to "do, act, and show up."
We are inviting 25 volunteers to go with the Gospel Arrow team to Margibi County on July 26.
Who Can Volunteer?
Men and women 18+ who have a heart for the lost, the hurting, and the forgotten. No special skills needed. Just a willing heart, a spirit of humility, and a love for Jesus.
What’s Provided:
Transport from Monrovia will be provided. Gospel Arrow will coordinate with prison authorities and the Chaplain. All volunteers will receive a briefing before we go.
