CPAL Welcomes CAS’ decision and Commends the LFA for Upholding the Rule of Law.
The Club Presidents Association of Liberia (CPAL) welcomes the decision by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), requesting the LFA to provisionally reinstate Jubilee FC, pending the outcome from Jubilee’s appeal to the Club Licensing Appeals Board.
We extend our gratitude to CAS for swiftly addressing the situation as well as their fair and timely decision.
We would also like to commend the Liberia Football Association (LFA) for their adherence to the CAS ruling and for their commitment to ensuring the integrity and fairness of the Liberian football landscape.
CPAL applauds the LFA for their professionalism and dedication to the sport, and we are confident that this decision will contribute to a more transparent and just football environment in Liberia.
As club presidents, we recognize the importance of maintaining the highest standards of integrity and legal compliance within our sport. We are encouraged by the CAS decision and the LFA's swift action to reinstate Jubilee FC, and we look forward to the LFA continued provision of the platform where all clubs operate under a system that upholds these principles.
We encourage all stakeholders to support the LFA and Jubilee FC as they move forward, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering a positive and competitive atmosphere for all clubs in Liberia.
CPAL welcomes Jubilee FC back to the league and wishes them all the best.
