to the brave youth of Gbarpolu County district #3, i bring you greetings from the most up standing Dauda Foundation to the ordinary people who have suffered for so long in Gbarpolu county.

to the youth of Gbarpolu County, listen to me carefully. we are standing on the edge of history. This is the moment when you must decide your future, and the future of the youngest wants to come. Will you continue to wait for salvation from outside Liberia, or will you rise and clean your destiny for too long we have been told that we are too weak, too poor and too uneducated to build our own future, this is the time you need to rise and understand that you are not weak nearer poor or uneducated, let give power base on developmental records, not tribal sentiments or family relationship.

I can tell you today that the people of Gbarpolu County are very strong, and they i willing to understand and see development across town and villages in Gbarpolu county district #3. the DAUDA KEITA FOUNDATION will make the people manufacture it own machines because every year billions of dollars worth of minerals leave Gbarpolu county on a daily basis we have to account for our own resources from 2029 upwards, we can do this together.

our county is rich with minerals, yet we depend on others for food why because we have been programmed to doubt ourselves. We have been taught to beg for aid instead of building strength. but i see a difference Gbarpolu before 2029. I want the youth to see it with me provided when we stop giving people power who can't afford our county nothing rather than empty promises to get there we must understand this world was built by man and woman so we can build Gbarpolu county together.

DAUDA FOUNDATION honours the communication from the Gbarma central high school today to serve as a special guest on their closing program from 7th grade junior high to 11th grade senior high we make available with additional (9)scholarships to help our parents in the struggle..

Letter from Gbarpolu
Title: A County Without a Map
Written from Germany

This week, I write to you not from the red clay roads of Gbarpolu but from across the ocean, in the heart of Germany. And yet, as I walk the clean, ordered streets of this foreign land, my thoughts remain at home, with Liberia.

I see how county like this one, built on centuries of struggle and imperfection, rise, fall, and rise again because they possess one thing we do not, a shared map, a citizen agenda, a dream larger than any one person,

Liberia has many political parties, many leaders, and many voices. But what we lack is one vision that binds us all together. We do not have a national agenda that says, “This is where we want to be in ten, twenty, or thirty years.” And that is dangerous.

We build roads in one administration only for them to be abandoned in the next. We start programs that die with their founders. We make promises in one term and forget them in the next. There is no continuity, no long-term vision, no binding national ambition that says, this is who we are, and this is what we want to become.

So, I ask,
• What is our goal as a county?
• Where do we want to be by 2040?
• What kind of economy are we building?
• What kind of schools, hospitals, and justice systems are we working toward in Gbarpolu?

Every county that has risen from poverty to prosperity did so by crafting a unifying county agenda. Nimba did it, montserrado did it, and Lofa is doing it. They said, “We may belong to different parties, tribes, or regions, but we will agree on this one vision for our country.”

Gbarpolu County has never done that.

Instead, our leaders come and go, each with their own blueprints, their own slogans, their own people. And the county remains stuck, spinning in circles while the rest of the countie moves forward.

It is time we changed that.

It is time we stopped pretending that governance is about individual brilliance or tribal dominance. It is about building a nation.
