Today marks a historic and inspiring milestone for the Liberia Community Network (LCN) through its Teaching Development and Continuing Education (TDCE) program.
As we celebrate the grand climax of activities for the 2025 Cohort, we proudly announce the graduation of 100 professional teachers into the educational space of Liberia. This achievement represents more than certificates; it represents growth, empowerment, competence, and a renewed commitment to quality teaching and learning in our nation.
Through months of rigorous training, mentorship, collaboration, and practical engagement, these educators have sharpened their pedagogical skills, strengthened classroom management strategies, embraced innovative teaching methodologies, and recommitted themselves to excellence in service. Today, they step forward not just as teachers, but as transformational leaders in education.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our visionary founder, Mrs. Rose Mends-Code Sherman, whose passion and dedication continue to drive this impactful initiative. Your vision is shaping the future of education in Liberia.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to our Chair and Co-Chair, Mrs. Sorna F. Sherif and Mrs. Leabeh G. Gbowee, for their steadfast guidance, administrative leadership, and commitment to educational advancement.
We proudly recognize the 38 participating schools; 18 from Margibi County and 20 from Montserrado County; for believing in this vision. Thanks to our dedicated program assistants (Mr. Chris S. Suah & Mr. Jasper N. Hney).
And in a very special way, we express profound gratitude to Africa Community Exchange ACE Liberia for being a strong and supporting arm. Its resources and belief in this initiative have significantly amplified our impact. ACE has not only supported this cohort but has also demonstrated a genuine investment in the advancement of Liberian education. We deeply valued all the support, and today’s success carries ACE fingerprints in Liberia.
To the 2025 Cohort: You are now ambassadors of excellence. You carry with you the responsibility to inspire, innovate, and impact every classroom you enter. Liberia’s future sits in your hands; and today, we are confident that it is in capable ones.
This is not the end; it is the beginning of greater possibilities.
Congratulations, LCN 2025 Cohort!
Congratulations, Liberia Community Network! And thanks to ACE Liberia.
