JPI Youth Leadership Convention is designed to equip young minds with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to excel as leaders and entrepreneurs. We recognize the importance and capacity of youth leaders to play a crucial role in driving community change, and we are committed to providing a platform where youths can learn from industry leaders.

To date, JPI has successfully delivered leadership conferences in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa, and we continue to grow each year, building on our success and in-depth knowledge of the needs of the youths.

JPI Youth Leadership Convention features renowned speakers, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities designed to empower participants to embrace innovation and take charge of their future. We are committed to sharing information and knowledge, education, and global experiences to help young leaders in Nigeria and across Africa achieve their goals.

Next year, the convention aims to achieve the following.

PROMOTE YOUNG LEADERS: To celebrate young leaders contributing meaningfully to their immediate communities, workplace, business, or social enterprise.

ENHANCE LEARNING FOR YOUTHS: To provide a learning platform for the personal development of young and emerging leaders with an overall aim of equipping, encouraging, and supporting them to steer innovative initiatives and solutions in their immediate environment.

PROMOTE ENTREPRENEURSHIP: To encourage the youths to embrace entrepreneurship to create job opportunities across various sectors and foster intergenerational solidarity and learning opportunities.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES: Provide a networking platform for young leaders to meet their peers in the same sector, learn from industry experts and explore possible future collaboration, partnerships, and mentorship.

AWARD RECOGNITION FOR ENTREPRENEURS AND LEADERS: Each year, we recognize 100 young entrepreneurs and leaders across Nigeria with JPI Young Innovators Awards.

JPI Liberia National President Addresses Over 5,000 Leaders at International Leadership Convention.

It was an honor to have our National President of JPI Liberia address an audience of over 5,000 professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers at the JPI International Leadership Convention in Lagos, Nigeria. This prestigious gathering brought together some of the most forward-thinking minds dedicated to shaping the future of governance, leadership, and economic development across Africa.

In his powerful address, the National President emphasized the urgent need for transformational leadership—one that extends beyond politics and prioritizes sustainable impact, economic empowerment, and community development. He challenged the audience to rethink leadership, stating:

“True leadership is not about titles or authority; it is about the ability to inspire, influence, and drive meaningful economic change.”

A key focus of his speech was the empowerment of Africa’s greatest resource—its people, particularly its youth. He underscored the importance of nurturing independent, innovative, and solution-driven young leaders, as they hold the key to unlocking Africa’s full potential.

JPI Liberia National President Otis Togbah Tarwoe is set to represent Liberia at the Jamie Pajoel International (JPI) Youth Convention in Lagos, Nigeria.
During this prestigious gathering, Tarwoe will be officially commissioned and take the oath of office before an audience of 5,000 international dignitaries as he assumes the role of East Africa Regional Coordinator.

As a visionary leader, Tarwoe brings a wealth of experience to this position. He is the Founder and CEO of the Visionary School of Leadership and Development and Tarwoe Global Consulting. Additionally, he serves as the International Coordinator for Africa Initiatives at Oaks of Central PA. His contributions to leadership, personal development, and international collaboration have earned him recognition as a renowned global speaker and the author of eight impactful books.

While in Nigeria, President Tarwoe will hold strategic meetings with JPI Global President, Dr. Jamie Pajoel, and other distinguished international guests. It was a resounding appearance today on the Bumper Show on state radio ELBC, where Otis Togbah Tarwoe, the President of the JPI Liberia Chapter, shared his bold vision for the future of the organization and its impact on the youth of Liberia.
