New 7-yrs project launched to enhance dignity in Liberia’s healthcare system
This week, we launched the Strengthening Wholistic and Inclusive Systems for Health (SWISH) Project, a 7-year initiative bringing clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene into healthcare systems in Liberia, Pakistan, and Zambia.
In Liberia, the project will be implemented by the Ministry of Health, Republic of Liberia, WaterAid, the National Public Health Institute of Liberia-NPHIL, Community Health Care Initiative INC. and the Govt of Canada in Careysburg and Todee Districts, Montserrado County.
Overall, 2 million more people are to be reached, including 12,400+ in Liberia.
