Kakata YMCA had the opportunity to host the NATIONAL YMCA of LIBERIA x CPS to host a 2-day UN Security Council Resolution, shaping future leaders for peace and global impact in Kakata, at the Kakata YMCA.
The UN Security Resolution Council 2250 recognizes that young people are not just victims of conflict, but powerful agents of change in building and maintaining peace.
It was the first-ever UN resolution dedicated entirely to youth, peace, and security.
