The Economic and Trade Cooperation of African Youth (Liberia Chapter) proudly joins the world in marking the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence. Under the National Theme: “UNiTE to End Violence: Protecting All Women and Children in Our Communities and Digital Spaces,”
we stand as a youth driven institution committed to building a safer, more inclusive future for every Liberian.
As a youth focused organization promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, advocacy, and leadership, ETCAY Liberia recognizes that gender based violence whether physical, economic, or digital limits young people’s growth and national development.
During these 16 days, we commit to strengthening youth advocacy, promoting digital literacy, supporting innovative protection measures, and uplifting youth-led actions for equality and empowerment.
We stand for a Liberia where all young women, girls, and children can live with safety, dignity, and opportunity free from all forms of violence.

Today was truly inspiring! 🌸

In honor of World Menstrual Hygiene Day (May 28), we had the opportunity to reach out to three schools and Duport Road Health Center, where we donated sanitary pads and raised awareness about menstrual health and hygiene.

It was a meaningful day of impact, education, and empowerment reminding young girls and women that menstruation is natural, and dignity in managing it is a right, not a privilege. 💪🏾✨

Thank you to our Boss Alvin Clarke for always supporting us, and our hard working Members who made this possible. Together, we’re breaking the silence, ending stigma, and creating a future where no one is held back because of their period. 🩷🩸
