In the grand finale, Paynesville Seventh-Day Adventist High School emerged as the overall champion after defeating Christ the King Catholic School 130–45, claiming the title of CARE Inc. Liberia's 2026 Drug and Alcohol Awareness Competition Challenge.
This important initiative was created to educate and inspire young people about the harmful effects of drug and alcohol abuse while promoting positive values through learning, creativity, and healthy academic competition.
CARE Inc. Liberia extends its heartfelt appreciation to all participating schools, students, and school administrators for their commitment and collaboration. Special thanks also go to our CEO, Hon. Konrad Barjuah, our international partners, the dedicated CARE team, and our assigned supervisors whose hard work and preparation made the event a success.
The CARE Drug and Alcohol Awareness Competition Challenge will return next year as we continue working together to build stronger communities and empower young people to make positive choices.
Together, let us continue to strengthen our society and always say NO TO ILLICIT DRUGS.
