Please be formally informed that your current term of office has officially expired, in accordance with the organizational structure and leadership cycle.

Legacy Loan and Savings Company Inc. is recruiting two (2) Loan Officers to work in Caldwell.

📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1). Mobilize and register loan clients.
2). Assist with loan processing and documentation.
3). Monitor loan repayments and follow up with clients.
4). Conduct basic business assessments
5). Submit simple weekly reports
6). Ensure at least five (5) approved and disbursed loan clients every month

✅ REQUIREMENTS:
1). Resident of Caldwell or nearby.
2). Ability to read and write.
3). Good communication skills.
4). Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
5). Experience in sales or microfinance is an advantage.
6. Must own and be able to use a smartphone.

USAFE Condemns Alleged Sexual Violence Against Minors and Calls for Immediate Police Investigation

The United Student Association for Education Inc. - USAFE strongly condemns the alleged acts of sexual violence against minors reportedly involving senior public officials in Liberia. These allegations, if proven true, represent grave violations of human rights, child protection laws, and the moral fabric of our society.

USAFE is deeply disturbed by reports alleging that Mr. Peter Bon Jallah, an official associated with the Boakai administration, sexually assaulted (allegedly r***d) a 15-year-old boy. We also express profound concern over reports alleging that the Deputy Minister for Youth Development at the Ministry of Youth and Sports sexually assaulted (allegedly r***d) a 14-year-old girl.

Children are among the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected at all times. Any act of sexual violence against a minor is a heinous crime and must be met with swift, impartial, and transparent justice, regardless of the status or position of the accused.

USAFE hereby calls on the Liberia National Police (LNP) and all relevant judicial authorities to:
1). Immediately open thorough and independent investigations into these allegations;
2). Ensure the safety, dignity, and confidentiality of the victims;
3). Hold any individual found culpable fully accountable under Liberian law, without fear or favor.

We also urge the Government of Liberia, civil society organizations, and the public to stand united against sexual and gender-based violence and to reinforce systems that protect children and promote justice.

USAFE reaffirms its unwavering commitment to child protection, education, human dignity, and the rule of law. Justice must not only be done, it must be seen to be done.
