BRIEF PROFILE OF MADAM KEBBEH F. COLLINS, Representative Aspirant of D-7, Mont. County:
Madam Kebbeh F. Collins is married to Dr. Paul C. Collins, an Economist and Accountant, and is the mother of five (5) beautiful children. She obtained her primary and secondary education mostly from the Catholic School System, under the tutelage of Catholic nuns assigned at our Lady of Lebanon St. Joseph’s Parish.
Madam Collins also received a certificate from the Mary A. Cheeseman Hair Dressing and Cosmetology in the Old Ministry of Education Building on Broad Street. She then enrolled at the University of Liberia, where she obtained her BSc in Public Administration with emphasis in Accounting. As a young child growing up in Montserrado County, District #7, she assisted her aunt to sell various merchandise in the Waterside Market before going into business on her own with initial capital of Three Hundred Fifty United States Dollars (US$350).
Madam Collins sold plastic bags, then value goods, before moving on to used clothing- The DKF Business. Eventually, she opened her first shop and grew her business to the current state where she now travels to the USA and Asia to import merchandise to Liberia as an International Liberian Businesswoman. Because of her grass root beginning, and due to the Catholic Guardianship she benefited from. Madam Collins has developed a strong sense of social awareness, especially for the underprivileged and less fortunate in society. She has therefore been a strong supporter and advocate for the business community, especially the petty traders and SME Liberian entrepreneurs.
Madam Collins is the current Vice President for Operations in ‘Colinbo’ and a founding member of “PATEL”. She also has been running a social support program for street children since 2005, and is know by them as ”Our Ma”. She runs a business support program for valued boys and girls, helping them set up in business as that one day they too can become entrepreneurs in their own right.
Folks, Madam Kebbeh F. Collins is the incoming Representative of District #7, Montserrado County comes 2023 elections. She is the only Female General in D-7 and a true leader. She remains the only hope to redeem the people from the current leadership and will transform our beloved district into a New Haven of growth and progress. Madam Collins is presently a Board Member at Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation.
