Student: "Let me ask another one🙂. If all the
animals went to lion's birthday party,
and one animal went missing which one
would it be?"🤔

Teacher: "The lion of course! Because it would
eat all the animals."☺️

Student: "No sir🤨, it is the donkey because it's
still inside the fridge."😩

Teacher: "Are you kidding me?"😕

Student: "No sir😌, 1 last question."🙋🏼‍♂️

Teacher: "Ok!"

Student: "If there's a river full of crocodiles
and you wanted to cross, how would you?"🤔

Teacher: "There's no way, I would need a
boat to cross."😌

Student: "No sir😕, you just swim🏊and cross it
because all the animals went to the lion's
birthday party including the crocodile ..."💃💃

Teacher:☹️ "I have my own question😩, if all the
students come to school except one person,
who is the person..."😏

Student: "No idea sir..."🤷

Teacher: "It's you😒 because you are on two
weeks suspension🙄 for giving me headache.

🌍 DV-2027 Lottery Registration Delayed — State Department Confirms Upcoming Changes
The U.S. Department of State has officially announced that the opening of the Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery for 2027 will not follow its usual early-October schedule. Along with this delay, the Department revealed that important changes to the application process are on the way.

Although the exact start and end dates for the DV-2027 registration period have not been released, officials assured that details will be shared soon through the Department’s website and the Federal Register.

💲 New $1 Electronic Registration Fee Introduced
One of the major confirmed updates is the introduction of a non-refundable $1 registration fee for every DV Lottery entry.

This rule was finalized and published in the Federal Register on September 16, 2025, and took effect immediately. The fee will be paid online during the application submission.

✳️ Why the New Fee?
The Department explained that the new fee will:

Distribute the cost of managing the lottery more fairly among applicants.

Discourage speculative or fraudulent entries.

Cover operational expenses related to the electronic random selection process.

Previously, the administrative costs were included in the $330 Diversity Visa application fee, which was only charged to winners. With this update, the $1 registration fee shifts some costs to all entrants, while the $330 application fee remains unchanged for now. Officials estimate this new system will generate around $25 million annually to support program operations.

📝 Passport Requirement Proposal Still Under Review
In a separate development, the Trump administration has revived a proposal that would require all DV Lottery applicants to provide a valid passport at the time of entry.

This rule, first introduced under the Biden administration but never finalized, is currently under legal review. Officials confirmed it will not apply to the DV-2027 registration, but it may be implemented in future programs.

And because of the Pressing Challenges many would face in submitting their Entries for the DV 2027, we want to help a lot of Liberian Youth get the opportunity.
When the America 🇺🇸 DV Lottery opens, We will be playing Freely for people who don't have Credit Card to submit entry or don't have money to pay the extra fees of $1US plus the money the Café normally Charge. I will be going from County to County.

Over the past few days here in Margibi and Rivercess Counties, we've been on an incredible journey. As a Champion Youth, my mission has always been to empower my peers with the skills to build the future we deserve.

That's why I am so proud to announce the successful completion of our intensive mentorship program in Solar Energy and Electricity at the TVTI! Today, we graduated some of the brightest, most passionate young minds in this field. 💡⚡

Witnessing their dedication and grasp of these crucial skills has been nothing short of inspiring. These graduates are now equipped not just with certificates, but with the practical knowledge to bring light and power to their communities, create businesses, and drive sustainable development from the ground up.

This initiative is a testament to what we can achieve when we invest in each other. We are committed to more than just talk; we are committed to tangible action that impacts our community positively.

This is only the beginning. Together, we are lighting up Liberia, one community at a time.

A huge congratulations to all the graduates! The future is bright, and it is in your hands. 🎓✨
