HMNI IMPACT DINNER VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT!!

Five years of impact deserve a celebration to remember. And behind that celebration is a team of volunteers giving their time, skills, and creativity to make it happen.

This Friday, we are spotlighting Say Bah, Head of Media and Videography team for the volunteer task force.

From capturing behind-the-scenes moments to helping tell our story through photos, videos, and creative content, Saybah and her team have an important assignment: making sure this milestone is not only celebrated, but documented.

But who is Saybah beyond the camera and creativity?

What drives her? Why did she choose to volunteer her time and skills with HMNI? And what is she looking forward to as we celebrate five years?

Many of our young supporters want to join Experience Gibi, but the cost has been a concern.

Since this is our pilot trip, we want the first group to include people who know HMNI, support our work, and can help shape this experience with us.

So we are opening a short discount window:

Pay only US$50 to join Experience Gibi.

This covers the trip experience and transportation.

You have from now until Sunday to register, pay, and confirm your space.

After Sunday, the fee returns to US$75.

As World Breastfeeding Week ends, HMNI stands with mothers, babies, families, and communities across Liberia.

This week reminded us that breastfeeding support must go beyond words.

Mothers need real support:

* Before delivery
* During delivery
* After delivery
* At home
* In health facilities
* In schools
* In workplaces
* In communities

Through the EmpowerHer Journey, HMNI will continue supporting young mothers with health education, peer support, referrals, parenting guidance, and dignity-centered care.

Breastfeeding support should not end today.

Let us keep strengthening what works.

HAPPY MIDWEEK FROM HMNI!

Today, we are spotlighting our PEER Project Community Dialogue Series — bringing adolescents, parents, schools, families, and community actors into one space for conversations that matter.

This video captures what community-led change looks like: people sitting together, listening, sharing, asking questions, and creating room for adolescent girls to be supported, guided, and heard.

Through these dialogues, communities had open conversations around adolescent health, safety, confidence, leadership, and informed choices.

We are grateful to Mundo Cooperante for supporting this important work and believing in safer spaces and stronger voices for adolescents in Liberia.
