The founder of The Harry Papa Mason Empowerment Foundation, Inc - HPMEF in Kakata, Dr. Harry Papa Mason, reiterates his authentic goal of his foundation is "Helping self-motivated individuals to help themselves" to improve their quality of life with their own resources and those of HPMEF, Inc.
Dr. Mason's construct or definition of "self-motivated" is any prospective beneficiary to have internal drive to take action by themselves first without needing external encouragement.
This empowerment strategy becomes a shared action and responsibility for the mutual benefit of both parties.
