Torchbearers Liberia TEAM is non-profit organization that is preparing tomorrow's leaders today. The youth of any nation are the trustees of posterity.

They are naturally required to succeed the adult generation as heir to leadership and parenthood. In Liberia, the youth constitute more than half of the population, a situation that requires urgent attention and development of the young people. Regrettably, most of these young people are left to themselves with little or no guidance. They lack development opportunities that will empower them for f

uture leadership and productivity. Worst of all, there are not many role-models and mentors to help guide our young people through their growth stages. In order to address these problems stated above and many others, TORCHBEARERS will engage young people in holistic development and training programs. The programs will validate the empowerment and preparation of the youth to assume future leadership and responsibility.
