After three months of intensive training, we have successfully completed our Youth Impact Vacation Skills Training Program!

This life-changing initiative, which began in June 2026, targeted young girls, teenage mothers, and small business owners in Unification City, Lower Margibi County, offering them with practical skills for self-empowerment .

Organized by Courageous Youth of Liberia in collaboration with the Unification Town YMCA Local Youth Council, the program graduated 25 young people with income-generating skills in liquid soap and bleach production. We are proud to say that these young people are now ready to turn their skills into sustainable income.

The official closing and graduation ceremony was held on September 19, 2026, at the Unification Town YMCA School building. We were deeply honored to have in attendance Mr. Adolph Harmon, Mr. Henry S. Korkorsor, Mr. Emmanuel M. Kangar, Mr. Thur Siakeh, and the Unification Town YMCA Branch Administrative Team.

We want to use this medium to extend our sincere thanks and felicitations to our partners, the UT-YMCA Local Youth Council, and our dedicated trainer, Mr. Lincoln, for his commitment and excellent facilitation.

We also use this opportunity to call on the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Liberia and the Ministry of Education, Liberia to support national non-governmental institutions that continue to positively impact the younger generation through skills training.
