At The Climate and Planetary Health Connect , We are inspired by the growing global commitment to protect our planet from the escalating burden of pollution—on land, in our oceans, and in the very air we breathe.

Pollution is not only an environmental issue; it is a public health crisis, a development challenge, and a threat to future generations. Yet, it is also a space where collective action can create measurable impact. From reducing plastic waste to promoting clean energy, each step matters.

Today, we are proud to stand with the global community in supporting the movement led by UN Environment Programme. Meaningful change begins with awareness, but it succeeds through action.

We encourage everyone to join this movement and commit to practical solutions within your sphere of influence. Together, we can safeguard planetary health and protect the well-being of all living systems.

From land to sea, even in the atmosphere, our planet is exposed to different kinds of pollution, affecting the well-being of living organisms.

The good news is that everyone can take action in their own way and to the best of their abilities to .

Did you know that Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) is as much an environmental issue as it is a medical one? 🩺🌿

We can’t fight AMR without protecting our planet! 🙌

How do we solve Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR)? By treating it as what it is: a challenge that connects human health, public health, agriculture, animal health and the environment. 🤝

A great step forward for the Asia-Pacific region! 🙌

Excited to see how the new co-design toolkit will help countries replicate this work globally. The future of AMR action is multi-sectoral! 🌍💧

These stories are not just tales; they represent real lives transformed through our collective efforts. Every story we share is a testament to human perseverance.
