4th Graduation Ceremony 💫

We're pleased to share with you all some captures from the 4th Graduation Ceremony which took place on 1st of February 2026 at Dinesh Reception Hall.

On the occasion of this special day, During the ceremony, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr.Pushpakumara, OIC of Maskeliya Police station as our distinguished guest. We are also delighted that this division's principals also attended as our guests.

Initially, As a part of this ceremony we celebrated our 2nd Year Anniversary with a Cake cutting.
During the ceremony 41 students as 101 Beneficiaries graduated from 11 villages in 5 courses such as Beauty culture, Dress Making, Sinhala, English & Computer Training. We also presented gifts to the students who passed the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination and honored the students who achieved in Athletics at National Level. Our dressmaking students organized an exhibition to showcase their self-made collection of dresses and Beauty culture students organized a Bridal show.
Finally, They organized a small farewell to thank our Foundation Team and also gifted Paint to our furniture.

ESSP Packs Distribution - Maskeliya VHE

This event held on January 25, 2026, at Kincora T.V., Upcot. During this event, we successfully distributed essential school supply packs to 100 students. The beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude to our Foundation of Goodness noting that this support will greatly assist them in their educational journey.

Pongal is one of those super vibey festivals. It’s all about celebrating the harvest season. The vibe is all about gratitude - giving thanks to the sun god for the bountiful harvest. Our School leavers had organized the festival very well. They had a Pongal party and everyone brought in their favourite dishes. They were decorated with kolam and the whole team pitched in to make Sakkara Pongal and it was so sweet. This event brought them happiness and made their day enjoyable 😍

Our VHE students participated and secured places in the District Youth Athletics Championships held on 8th of November 2025 at Nuwara Eliya Public Ground. The next step for the first place winners, the National youth athletics championship is scheduled to be held at the end of December.
We hope that our students will work hard together with the sports coach Mr.D.Kapilwaran and achieve many more successes.
