On 13th and 14th October 2026, our trainers successfully conducted a Two‑Day First Aid Training Programme for the hotel staff of Amaranthé Bay Resort, Trincomalee.

The programme equipped participants with essential first aid knowledge, practical lifesaving skills, and the confidence to respond effectively during workplace emergencies. Through interactive sessions and hands‑on training, hotel staff enhanced their preparedness to provide immediate assistance and promote a safe environment for both guests and colleagues.

As part of their division’s community service project in celebration of Children’s Day, the cadets of T/Kin/Kinniya Muslim Ladies College successfully organised a Gift Donation Programme at Kinniya Base Hospital on 27.09.2026.

The initiative brought joy and encouragement to children receiving treatment, reflecting the values of compassion, kindness, and service upheld by St. John Ambulance. Through this meaningful effort, our cadets demonstrated their commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others and serving the community with care and dedication. 🌟

Poya Day Camp – September 2026 | St. John Ambulance Trincomalee District

On 26.09.2026, our divisions across Trincomalee carried out meaningful brigade activities under the Poya Day Camp Programme, promoting discipline, teamwork, and service.

📍 T/Zahira College – First Aid revision sessions for junior cadets, followed by a Camp Fire Session with BBQ cooking for senior cadets .
📍 T/Orr’s Hill Vivekananda College – Marching Drill practice to strengthen discipline, coordination, and teamwork.

These activities provided valuable opportunities for cadets to enhance their skills, build camaraderie, and uphold the spirit of St. John Ambulance service.
