සාමය ගොඩනැගීමට කාන්තාවන්ගේ හඬ ශක්තිමත් කරමු! 🌸
ප්‍රජා සහෝදරත්වය සංවිධානය සහ ජාතික සමගිය හා ප්‍රතිසංධානය සඳහා වන කාර්යාලය එක්ව ක්‍රියාත්මක කරණු ලබන “සහජීවණයෙන් සම්මුතියට“ වැඩසටහන යටතේ කාන්තාවන්ගේ සාමය ගොඩනැගීමේ දායකත්වය ශක්තිමත් කිරීම සහ සමාජය තුළ කාන්තාවන්ට එරෙහි ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වය වැළැක්වීම අරමුණු කරගත් එක්දින පුහුණු වැඩසටහන 2026/10/10 දින මීගමුව ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේදී සාර්ථකව පවත්වන ලදී.
මෙම වැඩසටහන තුළින් සාමය හා සහජීවනය ගොඩනැගීමේදී කාන්තාවන්ට ඉටු කළ හැකි කාර්යභාරය, කාන්තාවන්ට එරෙහි ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වයේ විවිධ ආකාර, එය වැළැක්වීම සඳහා ගත හැකි ක්‍රියාමාර්ග සහ ප්‍රජා මට්ටමින් සාමකාමී සමාජයක් ගොඩනැගීමේ වැදගත්කම පිළිබඳව දැනුම හා අත්දැකීම් හුවමාරු කරගන්නා ලදී.
විශේෂයෙන්ම කාන්තාවන්ගේ නායකත්වය, තීරණ ගැනීමේ සහභාගීත්වය, ස්ත්‍රී පුරුෂ සමානාත්මතාව, මානව හිමිකම් සහ විවිධ ජාතීන් හා ආගම් අතර සහජීවනය වර්ධනය කිරීම පිළිබඳව ද අවධානය යොමු විය. මීගමුව, කටාන, මිනුවන්ගොඩ ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාස නියෝජනය කරමින් ප්‍රජා කාන්තා නායිකාවන් මේ සඳහා සහභාගිත්වය ලබාදෙන ලදි. මිනුවන්ගොඩ ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ ජාතික ඒකාබද්ධතා නිළධාරිනි චමිලා හේමන්ති මහත්මිය සහ මීගමුව ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ ජාතික ඒකාබද්ධතා නිළධාරි සුසන්ත සපරමාදු මහතා මේ සඳහා සම්බන්ධිකාරණය සිදුකරණ ලදි. මෙම පුහුණුවේ සම්පත්දායකත්වය ප්‍රජා සහෝදරත්වය සංවිධානය විසින් ලබාදෙන ලදි.
Let's strengthen the voice of women to build peace! 🌸
A one-day training program aimed at strengthening women's contribution to peace building and preventing violence against women in society under the “From Coexistence To Consensus” program jointly implemented by the Community Brotherhood Organization and the Office for National Unity and Reconciliation - ONUR was successfully held on 10/10/2026 at the Negombo Divisional Secretariat Auditorium.
Through this program, knowledge and experiences were shared on the role that women can play in building peace and coexistence, various forms of violence against women, measures that can be taken to prevent it, and the importance of building a peaceful society at the community level.
Particular attention was paid to women's leadership, participation in decision-making, gender equality, human rights, and promoting coexistence between different races and religions. Community women leaders representing Negombo, Katana and Minuwangoda Divisional Secretariats participated in this. The National Integration Officer of Minuwangoda Divisional Secretariat, Mrs. Chamila Hemanthi and the National Integration Officer of Negombo Divisional Secretariat, Mr. Susantha Saparamadu coordinated this. The training was facilitated by the Community Brotherhood Organization.
