NUSS විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද වෘත්තීය පුහුණු වැඩමුළුවට සහභාගී වීමට PWE හි සාමාජිකයින් එකතු විය. එය වර්ධනයට සහ සම්බන්ධතාවයට කදිම අවස්ථාවක් වූ අතර, සම්බන්ධ වූ සෑම කෙනෙකුටම උපකාරක ඉගෙනුම් පරිසරයක් පෝෂණය කළේය.
Members of the PWE came together to participate in the professional training workshop organized by NUSS. It was a wonderful opportunity for growth and connection, fostering a supportive learning environment for everyone involved.

ග්‍රාමීය ප්‍රජාවන්ගේ ගෙවතු වගා පිළිවෙත් මගින් ඔවුන් භූමියට ඇති ගැඹුරු සම්බන්ධය පිළිබිඹු කරයි. මීට අමතරව, මෙම ප්‍රජාවන් තුළ කාන්තාවන් සවිබල ගැන්වීම, පාරිසරික සංවිධානවල සහයෝගය සමඟින්, තිරසාර භාවිතයන් ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීම සහ වර්ධනය පෝෂණය කිරීම සඳහා තීරණාත්මක කාර්යභාරයක් ඉටු කරයි.
The gardening practices of rural communities reflect their deep connection to the land. Additionally, the empowerment of women within these communities, alongside the support of environmental organizations, plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable practices and fostering growth.

අපගේ ප්‍රජාවේ බොහෝ පුද්ගලයින් ඔවුන්ගේ එදිනෙදා ජීවිතයේදී, විශේෂයෙන් වැසි සමයේදී අභියෝගවලට මුහුණ දෙයි. සමාජයක් ලෙස අප මෙම දුෂ්කරතා හඳුනාගෙන විපතට පත් වූවන්ට ආධාර කිරීමට ක්‍රියාශීලී පියවර ගැනීම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වේ. ඔවුන්ගේ අවශ්‍යතා ආමන්ත්‍රණය කිරීමෙන්, සෑම කෙනෙකුටම වඩාත් ඇතුළත් සහ දයානුකම්පිත පරිසරයක් නිර්මාණය කළ හැකිය. ඔවුන් අපගේ සහයෝගයේ වැදගත්කම පෙන්වා දෙමින් ඔවුන්ගේ දුක සැප අප සමඟ බෙදාගෙන ඇත.
Many individuals in our community face challenges in their daily lives, especially during the rainy season. It is essential for us, as a society, to recognize these difficulties and take proactive measures to support those affected. By addressing their needs, we can create a more inclusive and compassionate environment for everyone. They have shared their sorrows and joys with us, highlighting the importance of our support.
